Useless
Useless. There is no support. No phone number to call when something goes wrong. I paid for express delivery and had to stay at home for two days because they failed to deliver.
I contacted them and they did nothing.

Serious Service Failure in MediaMarkt Turkey
I purchased a Bosch washing machine (Model: BOSCH.WGA242X3TR) from MediaMarkt Turkey (Istanbul Optimum Mall).
Due to a mistake made by their staff (incorrect phone number), the delivery failed and the product was returned without any attempt to contact me.
For more than 5 days, I have contacted customer service multiple times. Each time, a new case is created, but no real solution is provided. Cases are repeatedly closed without resolution.
This is not just a delay, but a clear and serious failure in customer service processes.
As a customer, I find it unacceptable that I am left without a solution due to an internal mistake made by MediaMarkt.
This situation is also negatively affecting my trust in the Bosch brand, which I specifically chose for its reliability.
Despite explaining that I have two small children at home and urgently need this product, no meaningful support has been provided.
This issue clearly reflects a serious problem in MediaMarkt Turkey operations.

The shop service was very good, the sales assistant was helpful and polite.
The delivery was ok but the installation- a disaster!
The installation was not completed and the fitter did not connect the waste pipe, as a result my kitchen flooded during the wash cycle he put on before leaving. I called his phone, sent him a video of the flood and asked him to return. He did not.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at MediaMarkt.
I bought a vacuum cleaner that, after just 30 minutes of use, proved completely unsuitable for carpets due to very weak suction. I returned the next day with the product already cleaned, yet the staff refused the return. Then they forced me to clean it again without water. only to claim it was still “not clean enough.”
This was clearly an attempt to avoid taking responsibility. I had to argue just to get a refund for a practically new product.
Terrible customer service, unprofessional behavior, and abusive return practices. I strongly do not recommend this store.

Good service
I recently ordered 6 appliances across 3 different orders and the service was quite good.
I had a couple of delayed deliveries and upon calling their customer service, they sorted it promptly.

I wanted to buy a camera in a media markt shop in München but at the cash register the wanted to force me buy a guarantee for Eur 30! Don t buy there as they are nit honest with the prices displayed but check Saturn first.

Consistently Poor Service
Don’t use this company so poor with Customer Service. This is not the first time I have purchased from them and I should have know better. Booked Delivery and installation for a Cooker for morning which they say is 9 in morning until 3 in afternoon. It’s now 7.45 and still no Delivery.
Have spoke with the driver on phone to say he would be along before 3 then called again to say 7.45 and now a no show.
Terrible company from the raffle to get served to the nightmare of a delivery treating customers so poorly.
As I said I should have know better. Don’t Use This Company they don’t put customers first.
