I had bought a game from store which played and didnt enjoy and wanted to return(within 2 days after i bought it) but store denied the return. Called Customer care to check about 30 day open purchase to which they said its on discretion of the store/warehouse incharge

I just went to get a phone call
I just went to get a phone call. one male staff member did not take care of me, he sent me to a younger and younger man and continued to play with his phone in his hand, the second male employee who took care of me sold the phone and an extra annual insurance and protection program I was billed for an extra 3000 kr. I noticed when I got home and sent an e-mail to cancel.

Such a bad company to buy costly stuff. Customer service says if you buy from Store go to store to resolve your concern. So you should buy from store physically if you stay near to it else... Never buy from this store.

Bought two washing machine for about 10k Swedish Kroner (SEK) Just cuz I wanted to support the local stores, well power.se lowered their price on the same machine a couple of days later down to 7k, I turned back to media markt and they refused to help me.
