The experience was below expectations. While the website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was simple, the delivery took much longer than promised. Customer service was slow to respond and not particularly helpful when I reached out. I did eventually receive my order, but the hassle just wasn’t worth it. Could be improved with better communication and faster support.

logitech-g305 price is 1399skr for the same mouse on netonnet and all other stores 499kr
So is this a huge rip off=yes it is because a 350% higher price on a mouse that never is more expensive then 600skr is not even a smaller price amount they try to take for it but a extremly higher price then all other stores=Do not buy on POWER due to ripping people of on prices like this logitech-g305 =350% higer on POWER vs Net on net!!!!

The worst customer service ever!!
The worst customer service ever!!! I received a broken product from them in the middle of July and when I saw how broken it was I returned it. However, I am still waiting for them to cancel my payment and return my money back TWO MONTHS AND HALV later!!!!! No matter how many times I called them and asked when is this going to happen, the answer is always the same “ We work on this, you will soon get your payment back”. So, basically now I am paying for something that I have returned long time ago and they DID received it. Thank you Media Markt!!!

Lost products and terrible customer service
I bought 2 cases for my iPhone from Media markt but haven't received anything yet.
I've tried to contact the customer service through both email and telephone. The email customer service just replied 3 weeks after I submitted the service ticket with a useless inquiry 'have you received your products?'. The stuff in telephone just told me to keep waiting... Now I lose my money, no products received, no replication from customer service.
Extreme terrible experience that I had never had before. This was the first time I shop in media markt but would also be the last time.
