They matched the reduced price of the product. The desired product was reduced in the color orange, but it was no longer in stock. Then I got same product in blue for the same reduced price, even though blue was not on sale. Did not even have to ask for it. Great service!

Mediamarkt in Drottningsgatan gives very good service and treatment. A guy named Oscar who is staff of Mediamarkt at drottningsgatan gives super good service and treatment, he helped me alot with my matter.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Mediamarkt Sweden, which I feel compelled to share. I was looking for a mixer and one employee recommended me to make a deal binding subscription at the store so I could have a discount on the product. I then told them I could possibly make a deal for a mobile subscription plan that included extra surf roaming data outside of Sweden, as I need it for my work. The employees at Mediamarkt assured me that they could provide me with the best option for my needs.

However, after signing the contract, I realized that they had given me the wrong information and registered the wrong deal. I never asked for the extra user they included in the subscription, and they refused to cancel my subscription in total. It was a clear mistake on their part, but they refused to take responsibility and solve the situation.

Moreover, the communication between employees was mostly in Swedish, which I don't understand very well. Some employees treated me badly, and they even refused to call Tele2 to help me solve the situation. I felt like they were not interested in helping me, and they didn't take my needs into account.

It's been a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend Mediamarkt Sweden to anyone looking for a mobile subscription plan. Their employees are not knowledgeable or helpful, and they don't seem to care about their customers. Beware of their unfair contracts and make sure to double-check everything within the mobile operator before signing up.

The personal is really helpful and efficient to recommend high quality electronics.

It’s a good place to buy electronic devices

MediaMarket customer service is the worst, they just ignore the problem, and do not even try to solve it.
I ordered a TV online and chose to pay using their part payment solution. After completing the purchase MediaMarkt gave me order No. but when I called them (because I didn’t get any email) they told me they can not see my order in their system. but I have been credit checked already. Although Santander told me that MediaMarkt can solve the problem just with one small call to them, MediaMarkt didn’t bother themeselves to do that. They just suggested me to order again.
Then finally I tried again and the same problem happened for a SECOND time.
when I contact MediaMarkt's customer service again, they told me, it can happen sometimes, you could order again for 3rd time!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They do not care at all that because of the bug in their website I have been credit checked 2 times, and it would have a negative influence on my record. they were rude and just ignored the problem and ask me to order again.

No service, uninterested staff, not even a greeting when we were in the shop. We found the laptop on the shelf and luckily we had done our research in forehand and knew what we were there to buy.

I think you should build more communications skill between outlets of Media market.

I think mediamarkt is has very experience on those products which they sell.. Their personnel or staff are well articulated och more polite and very helpful besides they are very patient toward customers.

Got help quickly, although the product was not available, and had not been available for a while. C'est la vie!
