They are trying to hard to sell insurance and warranty. It takes too long to buy something even without having to say no again and again.

Bad service
Not enough knowledge about my product that I wanted to buy. I hade to ask for help mymeslf, no service altough there where plenty of workers nearby and I was standing still for a long time on the sam spot looking for the sam product.
