Good price and free delivery! Arrived within the stated timeframe. Possible to pay for next day delivery, without breaking the bank. We didn't chose that option as the normal delivery was quick enough for us.

Disappointment
MediaMarkt (Västerås) staff gave me the product with full specification but at the end (payment time) he didn't tell me that only by changing the language in the system/laptop will cost you. Otherwise I wouldn't do that by him.
I had never bad experience in MediaMarkt but this time I am really disappointed.

I had worst in-store shopping…
I had worst in-store shopping experience in Media Mart located in Droottingatan in Stockholm city center. I have been browsing electronic items to check if there are any Rea/offers and then one of their agents approached me (usually they are helpful) and offered bonus card in exchange of my network provider change to 3 mobile. But he did not mention that it is a 2-year binding subscription data plan.
Later when I tried to cancel the subscription (and ofcourse paid back the gift card), it has been a worst nightmare. I had to call several times, visit the store several times just so they could 'manage' to cancel the subsciption.
After the struggle of more than a month and promises, I managed to get it canceled. I hope I do not receive another bill.

THE WORST GUARANTEE SERVICE EVER!
Last year, I purchased a protective shield for my iPhone with a lifetime replacement guarantee. Today, when I visited the store to replace it due to some issues, I was informed that they couldn't provide a free replacement because they had terminated their contract with the supplier. This disregard for customers who paid a significant amount for a product with a lifetime guarantee is extremely disappointing. As a result, I have decided not to make any further purchases from this store. I strongly advise against wasting your money there.
