They then want 15 days to 'investigate' issues

Medivet in Stamford Hill are always brilliant. They’ve helped me out in multiple emergencies, and are always friendly and kind, both the vets and those working on reception. It’s easy to get through by phone or email and everyone there goes above and beyond.

Advice and a lovely welcome when i go to coningsby practice..Always there if you need help..

Quite happy with the staff and service.
Easy to book appointment, staff very friendly and vet took time and trouble to put dog at ease and made a big fuss of him whilst explaining things very clearly to us, allowing us to make informed decisions.

Always a great experience. Warm greeting, friendly service. Always fully informed of any treatment, and the cats get utterly spoiled and treated like royalty. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else, the whole team are phenomenal.

The staff at Medivet Horncastle are amazing. They are friendly and take the time to talk through everything. It is the only vet practice I would use for all of my pets, past and present.

Although we had to wait all of the staff were friendly, apologetic and knowledgeable. It really feels like you are a valued customer and that your animal is their top priority. Ive used medivet for 20 years for all of my animals & i wouldn't go anywhere else

Check up for the 2 rotties..
From booking in to waiting to seeing the vet/ nurse is ways a challenge with these 2 but I have to say the staff make it so easy. They know us well enough now so make appointments when its quieter ( less other dogs/cats)

Efficient check of the dog, annual injections. Just called in 20 mins after the appt. time, which is frustrating with a dog that does not enjoy being at the vets!

Couldn’t thank the team at Medivet Cowbridge any more. Our two sausage dogs have been under their care for the last couple of years and their care, support and attention to detail is amazing. Our youngest recently got hit by a car and they supported us every step of the way with his recovery, helping us navigate a scary situation calmly and compassionately. They truly are the loveliest team and couldn’t recommend this practice more. Big shout out to Rachel who is always such a delight to deal with. Thank you guys! We’d be lost without you all ❤️
