Title: Unable to withdraw – misleading bonus terms
I deposited and received a bonus on MegaDice, and my balance grew to around $2,300. However, I later discovered that 100% of this balance is locked as “bonus,” with $0 available to withdraw.
The platform requires a 35x wagering requirement on the bonus, which in my case means I would need to wager over $80,000 just to unlock the funds. This was not made sufficiently clear at the time of deposit.
Additionally, there are restrictions such as maximum bet limits and unclear contribution percentages depending on the game, making it extremely difficult — if not unrealistic — to ever complete the wagering.
This creates a misleading impression that the user has real winnings, when in reality the funds are practically inaccessible.

I literally did nothing wrong, all my bets were on major events (tennis matches in Indian Wells, one of the most famous tournaments with the biggest names, definitely not fixed games or stuff like that lol). I asked them multiple times what was the thing that caused me to "breach their TOS" and they never gave me a clear answer.
oh, my account was fully verified, KYC, multiple address proof sent. I was totally clean.
Just do not put your money on this site if you don't want to be scammed eventually.

I deposited and played normally on MegaDice and did not win any unusually large amount. Due to financial difficulties, I requested a withdrawal.
I was asked to complete liveness verification and provide proof of address, and I fully complied. My verification was approved. However, 2–3 hours later, my account was suddenly closed without any explanation.
I later learned this might be related to accessing the platform via VPN while living in Turkey. However, I was able to register, deposit funds, and place sports bets without any issues. The problem only appeared when I requested a withdrawal.
If my location or VPN usage was truly against the rules, why was I allowed to create an account, deposit money, and play without restriction?

Following Mega Dice’s public response, I contacted their complaints department multiple times (November 28, December 7, and December 22), providing full documentation of the confirmed self-exclusion(August 16) breach and referencing their own Responsible Gambling policies.
Despite repeatedly reporting this issue since November, no corrective action was taken, no meaningful response was provided, and no refund was offered for the losses incurred after my self-exclusion had been confirmed.
Only when I attempted to follow up directly via live chat was my account immediately closed and access terminated, without any explanation and without addressing the unresolved complaint or refund request. This was the first and only concrete action taken, despite months of prior written notifications.
Due to the continued lack of cooperation and transparency, I have now escalated this matter to independent dispute resolution platforms for review.
A self-exclusion that is confirmed but not effectively enforced across accounts — and only acted upon after direct confrontation — does not provide real player protection. This experience raises serious concerns about Mega Dice’s responsible gambling procedures.

Forget about your money!
I deposited 400$ and lost most of it which is alright, so I made another deposit. Seconds after my second deposit I was blocked without any explanation, implying I was taking advantage of their system, all while being 400$ down. So I decided to to withdraw my second deposit but they asked me to do a rollover while limiting my options to some stupid slots and games. I was pissed off but I did what they asked. Later they asked for identity verification, so I submitted my Canadian passport and scanned my face. After that they asked for a proof of address which is strange by itself but ok. They asked for bank statement with my address on it and I submitted. After waiting for a week instead of 24 hours, they got back saying they need another one, same story: one week later denied. On top of everything they asked for one more identity verification. This time I submitted my Canadian driver's license with my address on it, scanned the bar code at the back for validation as well as my face. After that they asked for utility bills which is not used as a proof of address in Canada. Almost one month later of emailing and chatting with their support trying to explain that all my utility bills are under my partner's name and they already have: my passport, face scans, driver's license and two bank statements both with my address on it, they insisting on that utility bill!
