Impossible to verify address. Scam - 9300 USD
The situation with Megadice is extremely strange and suspicious. Initially, my ID and face verification went smoothly and took just a few minutes. However, address verification turned out to be an impossible task.
My first proof of address was rejected after only a couple of hours, without any clear reason. Only after I reached out to support did they request a phone or internet contract. I provided exactly what they asked for—a stamped contract obtained directly from the provider’s office—and submitted it on April 23-24.
Afterwards, they simply stopped reviewing my document. For two weeks, I repeatedly contacted support via live chat and email, only to receive the same generic response every time: "Your document is under review; we’ll respond via email soon."
Ultimately, they decided to block my account entirely, providing the following reason:
"We are writing to inform you that following a thorough review, your account with us has been closed and any remaining funds have been confiscated.
This decision was made in accordance with our terms and conditions, which outline the circumstances under which account closure and fund confiscation may occur."
My funds, amounting to approximately $9300 USD, have already been confiscated, and they emphasized that this decision is final and non-negotiable. At this stage, it seems to me like outright fraud, as no evidence or adequate explanation was provided for this action.
At this point, I’ve already left a review on Trustpilot, and I’ve also filed a complaint on Askgamblers, but they’re not responding to me anywhere. They just took my money—no words.

What a scam. I been playing on megadice telegram from 24st of september. Its been hard to win there forst of all, but had some wins mostly loses. This is honestly the worst casino I’ve ever played at. They promised free spins but I never got them, and when I finally did, the real issue was the misleading bonus terms. The RTG is awful, and you’re honestly better off burning your money than playing here. Mega Dice uses shady tactics to take your money, and it feels like a scam. Megadice is a Huge Fraud
Having 24/7 chat support isn’t as great as you might think if the chat support agents are apathetic lobotomized casino robots that have been placed at the front line (and only line) of defense so that you may never actually communicate with anyone who can do anything for you.
Megadice Casino, as their name implies, has a rewards system which are called “dice throws”, which players are rewarded with for completing various “missions” by wagering certain thresholds of amounts of money in slot play over the course of a day,week, month, etc.
During my first two weeks playing slots at megadice, i had completed several missions, but their “dice throws” incentive program was broken and as of today continues to stay broken, all while now owing me over 20 dice throws which correspond to free spins, free money, and more often than not, worthless casino points. Spoiler alert: if they ever do finally get their act together and credit me with the 25 or more dice throws i am owed, they will just ensure that most, if not all of my dice throws only reward me with casino points, which you cannot spend on anything or redeem for something else, and I can’t even think of a reason the casino even has them other than to avoid losing money handing out free spins or crypto by using an in house dice throw program with no ability to check it for fairness like you would expect.
There are absolutely more problems with this casino than I’ve just mentioned but i will use this review to focus on the FRAUD that they continue to commit by promising incentives for playing their slots, but then never actually giving them to you or even mentioning that their rigged dice throw program is broken and thus, these missions that take a lot of money and wagering to complete will not actually be rewarded with what they state very clearly you will be rewarded with.
If what I’ve mentioned doesn’t make you want to try another casino instead, then i guess I can’t help you, but i hope this review might help other players understand that Megadice is run very poorly, uses questionable ethics, wont let you chat or speak with anyone who knows anything about what’s actually occurring at the casino, lies every chance they get to keep you pumping crypto into their casino, and is 100% committed to offering zero compensation for not following through on promised incentives that were likely to lead nowhere anyway because of a proprietary program the players must use whose results cannot be tested for fairness or reliability.
If i had read a review like this, i would have been running for the hills and that’s what i hope you all do unless you like handing out your money to the rich and get nothing in return.
