I recently tried using the Melbet app and had a very disappointing experience. Yesterday, I attempted to deposit 215 DH into my account, but until now the money has not been credited. The payment was deducted from my balance, yet the app still shows nothing in my account
This is frustrating because I expected a fast and reliable process, especially since depositing funds is a basic feature. I tried waiting, but there has been no update, no refund, and no clear customer support response.
At this point, I cannot recommend this app, as trust is the most important factor when dealing with money. Until they fix these issues and provide faster, more reliable service, I would advise others to be careful before depositing their funds here.

I am an active customer and I make a lot of deposits. I made a deposit of 1000 pounds two days ago through instapay (there is more than one way to make a deposit through Instapay) (including instapay now) This method. The deposit is accepted or rejected at the same moment and every time the transfer address is changed, I transferred the money, but the deposit was rejected. When I talked to them via chat and sent all the screenshots to prove that I made a transfer. The response came that the account to which I transferred the money is not from their agents. 😂😂 Nonsense, how is this and I take the payment address copies and the problem was not solved and the problem was closed without being solved. I think the site is being hacked (I have everything that prove my words)

Anyone Don't play with Melbet it's fraud it only allows deposit but no withdrawal.I made withdrawal of Rs 5000 i didn't receive money in bank but they are withdrawal is successful from our side and giving fake transaction id which is not reflected in my bank statement and also asking me to get an official letter from bank that I didn't receive funds shameless site melbet.

I had the worst experience with Melbet. I deposited money, played fairly, and when I requested a withdrawal, they started endless KYC verification harassment.

First, they asked for my National ID. I provided it. Then they demanded a PDF from the government site, then selfies with my ID, then pictures showing my email inbox, then again the “original” ID, and then again “uncompressed files larger than 1MB.” Every time I send what they ask, they come back with new excuses.

I even went to the government office and collected an officially printed ID, took high-quality photos, and sent them — still rejected. Instead of helping customers, they keep wasting time and blocking my money.

This is pure harassment in the name of verification. Melbet does not respect players and does not release funds honestly. I strongly warn others: don’t trust Melbet with your money.

I contacted their support multiple times, but instead of solving the issue, they kept delaying with excuses. They are not giving withdrawal amount. Customer service are giving only assurance.

I’ve been a Melbet user for the past 6 years, and during this time, I’ve faced many problems with their service. I deposited around ₹15,000 on their website and managed to turn it into ₹29,000. However, when I tried to withdraw the money, there were no valid Indian withdrawal methods available.

One day, the IMPS fast withdrawal option appeared, and I successfully withdrew ₹10,000 using it. But soon after, all withdrawal options disappeared again for several days. - I made a deposit of [8000 by UPI Direct on 18/08/2025
- I placed bets according to the rules and did not violate any terms.

The problem is that the **withdrawal option is completely missing from my account**.

Run from this company they are scamming for deposit only. Now after the whole issue from 4th I have finally provided all they asked and security department said I should withdraw my balnace now MelBet has brought their trick they would make all payments method you used unavailable and won’t approve you to withdraw by others means. I have noticed that The payment method has been unavailable since over 3 weeks and till locked imagine and they are taking money from it. Now they said I should use Jeton which I deposited through also now Jeton is telling me payment method not available at the moment and just like that and now they won’t approve my withdrawals to Mtn momo when the Airtel momo is not available.

Melbet is big time scammers. They take deposits in seconds without issue but when it come to withdraw there are 1000s of issues. They will just take your money they wont give u money if u win. Dont use this scamming trash app switch to something safer
