Size doesnt matter !
Having placed a very small first order with this company ( I mean in monetary value). I held out little hope of a reply due to the value of the parcel. The tracked package was showing no movement for a number of days, I left it to the weekend to send an email not expecting a reply till the monday, however was answered in a number of emails and the item got to me as they promised awesome customer service and will gain a lot more of my custom moving forward .
