Wrong size butt hinges you sent the wrong size butt hinges we ordered 3 packs of 40 x9mm and we received 1pack of 40 x9mm and 2 packs of 50x9mm so I have contacted you to replace the wrong ones
You sent the wrong size butt hinges we ordered 3 packs of 40 x9mm and I received 1pack 40 x9mm and 2 packs of 50x9 and 1pack only has 1 hinge in. The ordering process was great
The ordering process was great, easy even for customers from Germany. What I also like is that you can be notified when items are available again, which was a bit unfortunate because I didn't receive any tracking information. I waited the whole time for a separate e-mail with the sending number, but unfortunately nothing arrived. At some point the parcel arrived on my doorstep.
