I have bought 4 mattresses off this company and I want another one, but they ignore my emails and phone calls, probably about 12 attempts for recommendation of new mattress. This is from December, before covid 19 lockdown.

I guess they may not be trading anymore, either that or they are just rude.

I don't buy from anyone else!

Have bought at least 5 mattresses from Memory Mattress now and have always been delighted. They are a local company to me and its a pleasure to support them. Staff are helpful when you call, ordering online is super easy, and I've always been happy with their comfy and high quality product. Most recent purchase was for my 4 year old's big girl bed - only the best is good enough for her!

Shocking customer service when I made my first and only complaint, as mattress hadn't lasted two years.
I've bought in excess of 7 mattress and the quality and life of them has got progressively worse.
I won't be a customer anymore.

My third purchase from this company. Excellent service, fast delivery and wonderfully comfortable mattresses!

Mark and Amanda never fail to deliver.

We bought a cheap memory foam mattress and it has lasted two years, so now we are back with our original supplier. Original mattress supplied circa 2002.

We had a few problems with our carrier and Mark and Amanda allowed us to arrange to have our new mattress delivered to their premises and our carrier picked it up from there.

The new mattress is now in use and my back problems have again been made good as per the original mattress.

The only downside this time is that because carrier's wanted a lot of money to deliver to Spain Mark and Amanda had stopped delivering to Spain, hence us using our own carrier.

But anyway, we are very happy with our new mattress.

Ordered Breasley Synergy 9000 memory foam mattress from memory-mattress.co.uk at the lowest price I could find on the net. Customer service was second to none, with regular personalised communication at each step of the process. The mattress was available for delivery quicker than the estimated lead time and delivery was made on the day of the week requested, just four working days after order placed. In addition, the courier used includes the service where you can change the delivery date if required and also, on the day of delivery, texted an expected one hour delivery slot. The mattress itself is superb, so comfortable and gives a good night's sleep, without aches and pains in the morning. There is a bit of an odour to the mattress at first but after a few weeks it has gone. Would absolutely 100% recommend memory-mattress.co.uk to anyone considering purchasing a memory foam mattress.

I am so pleased that I chose these as our new mattresses. I have paid so much more for mattresses before which were uncomfortable and so pleased with these evolution mattresses which are incredibly comfortable and supportive. I also bought the pillows which are the best pillows ever. The customer service is excellent with updates through every stage. I would thoroughly recommend the company and the product- perfect experience in every way. The delivery was excellent- came in the hour slot as per email. I was concerned the mattresses and pillows might have an odour, but odour free. I am sleeping so much better and waking refreshed . My only slight concern is that now I am struggling to get out of bed in the morning due to my new found comfort.

I recently stayed at a guest house and slept on one of these mattresses. As soon as I came home I ordered this and it arrived 4 days ago. Very comfy and I am sleeping much better now. I recommend this company and this mattress.

Memory-mattress was recommended to me by a bed & breakfast owner whose establishment I stayed at a few months ago (I'd had the best night's sleep ever, which was welcome relief as I've begun to suffer from arthritis in the last couple of years). I contacted the staff at memory-mattress who were friendly, extremely helpful, and clearly appreciative of any potential business. I placed my order for a Synergy 9000 mattress and two memory foam pillows at 10:30 on a Thursday, and received my order the following day - impressive! These products are absolutely top quality (after almost two years of waking up incessantly through the night, I am finally sleeping comfortably through until morning!), the service from the team at memory-mattress has been first rate, and their prices are very competitive. Highly recommended.

Purchased my first mattress from Memory-Mattresses 7 years ago and have been really pleased with it but decided a few week ago that it was time to replace it. Had a good look on the Internet for a new mattress and Memory-Mattresses came up tops again for quality, price and speed of delivery. New mattress is a SYNERGY 9000 and the comfort level is truly amazing, as are the two free memory foam pillows!!
