I ordered a memory foam mattress 2 weeks ago and it is the best mattress I have had at a fraction of the cost of previous mattresses.
I had been experiencing severe back and hip pain, to the point where I could not get out of bed unaided and was in agony. Following a recommendation to get a memory foam mattress I came across memory-mattress.co.uk after searching the internet for reviews. The added bonus was they are a local company as well!
From the first night sleeping on the new mattress my back and hip pain has completely disapearred and I am able to sleep the whole night. For those who are worried about memory foam mattresses being too hot (as I was) they are no hotter than a normal mattress.
I have been so impressed with my purchase that I will be ordering another mattress in the near future for the spare room.

this is the third mattress that we had purchased from memory-mattress and as before we are extremely pleased with the purchasing/delivery and quality of the mattresses. I would highly recommend this company

This is now the third mattress I have bought and I have been very happy with all of them.

This time there was an issue with the courier, and without any hassle the excess delivery charge was refunded within 5 minutes of my e-mail.

If only all companies made it so easy!

The service I received from the team at memory-mattress.co.uk just further confirms to me that it is always worth sourcing products from small British companies selling British products.

The service was so personal that I was able to ask for a specific date delivery after a specific time and have someone sort it out for me. Try getting that service when buying from a big chain store.

My Zenith Latex mattress itself is pure luxury and a joy to sleep on and to my surprise I also got two memory foam pillows free!

I had to leave the mattress to air for a few days because of the normal memory phone smell. After that nothing but comfortable nights. My 80 year old mother even decided to get a memory foam mattress

We had two mattresses delivered and free pillows - great communications and products.

Arrived on time, good communications, after 1 week very happy with the mattress and pillows.

I sourced the Breasley Evolution mattress for my brother who has acute back problems. He is absolutely thrilled .... it's a real 'goldilocks' product - not too firm - not too soft .... just right.
The service I received was courteous as well as knowledgeable and efficient as well as prompt. The mattress arrived exactly when it was promised.
I really can't say enough about his company. Excellent products with real old fashioned personal service. 11 out of 10!

Absolutely delighted with my mattress and pillows, but I cannot explain how good the customer service is. All of my emails and questions were dealt with incredibly promptly and even late on a Friday night. The quality of the product is very high and make its great value compared to others on the market. I cannot recommend memory-mattress and Mark highly enough.

Bought an Evolution 20 mattress from Memory Mattress mainly due to my wife suffering for many years from back pain. Delighted to report that the mattress has alleviated her discomfort and she has had full night's sleep since. We would highly recommend this company and their products.

Came across memory-mattress.co.uk after searching for items comparible to Tempur. The reviews of both the company and product did the sale for them. It was a bit of a gamble as I was unable to test the item before purchase but I can honestly say that it felt the same if not better then the Tempur mattress I had already tried. Will it last? Only time will tell. First impressions are of a quality product so I am hopeful. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!

My only gripe would be that I paid an extra £10 for NBD pre 10:30 delivery. It wasn't delivered until the afternoon. There was some kind of issue with the delivery company which I can't blame Memory-Mattress for but, I was still £10 out of pocket.

We were already aware that BeSensible mattress protectors are the best available for our holiday let.
Memory-mattress had them available at a good price - kept us informed of an anticipated delay - and were to their word.
A genuine company and we will be using them again as well as acknowledging them to our guests.

We'd been intending to replace our old sprung mattress for some time & the husband was keen to go for the memory foam mattress advertised regularly on tv. I had reservations. I did a bit of research on the internet, looked at a few websites, as soon as I looked at the memory-mattress site I thought mmm like the look of this one, don't know why, checked out reviews obviously, as I always do, gave them a call, - no hard sell, I was interested in a dearer mattress but after a chat Mark recommended the cheaper Evolution king mattress. I felt comfortable to go ahead with it & requested a B.sensible mattress protector. I was offered discount on that, together with the free pillows & next day delivery! I requested delivery for a day later & ugh! this is where it always goes wrong! but no, received as promised without fuss, on the bed base within minutes & we've been sleeping on it now for over 2 weeks. We are very happy with all (I had reservations about being too warm but even though we've had high temps overnight recently I've been no warmer than on a sprung mattress.)The pillows are strange at first but comfortable. my husband suffers with spondylitis in his neck & is quite comfortable with them. Would recommend the company, & all products, without reservation!

The latex/foam mattress is ideal, not getting too warm as the mattress with foam only.
The website for the Irish market is not clear enough when it comes to cost of delivery (that's why 'only' 4 stars), apart from this the order is easy to make and the company keeps you up to date with information of time of delivery.

I placed a order with Memory-mattress.co.uk a good few years ago. For some reason or other I cancelled it with no problems at all and a great service from the team that has left me with lasting memory. Im now about to buy a new mattress and I checked my emails for this company and will be definitely using them in the near future. Just wanted to share my experience with them as I know how important reviews are!

We bought our first Foam Mattress (Double) in February 2011, after sleeping on similar ones on various trips to different European Cities. We spent a long time checking Firms and Prices and were very impressed with "memory-mattress".

I bought a new mattress then the next day got given a bed and good mattress so phoned Memory-mattress and they refunded me totally. they even arranged for it to be picked up and returned without my having to pay extra. that's what I call service. I am totally impressed. thank you guys and gals.
