Mattress was extremely well protected…
Mattress was extremely well protected with several layers of strong wrapping. Very pleased with quality. The only negative was that the delivery company did not send a notification.

Excellent mattress topper
I got a 10cm memory foam topper, which has transformed my uncomfortable mattress. The topper is excellent quality, reasonably priced and arrived very quickly, well packaged, etc. didn’t take long to puff up to full size. I am finally getting a good night’s sleep. I will definitely use the company again.

I was trying to find a Company that could accommodate a specific size mattress. I Spoke to Tracy, what a change to have a Company that listen and then go out of their way to accommodate your needs. Tracy & Charlie were outstanding in their Customer Service. Even when the courier lost the mattress, there was no quibble, a replacement was ordered same day. The Mattress is well made & comfy. I will definitely order from this Company again. Btw, if the management read this Tracy & Charlie need a raise, they are an outstanding credit to you.

Firm and comfortable
I went for the pedic ultra firm mattress. After sleeping on it I feel that it is exactly what I wanted for my back pain. It is very heavy and solid so I gave a hand to the delivery person to bring it to the 2nd floor.
Edited (After 6 months) : I just want to let you know that the delivery guy didn't leave the mattress at ground floor, as a single person he couldn't carry it to second floor on his own, so we both carried it together. The mattress is excellent, even after 6 months I get the same comfortable sleep as day 1. Highly recommended for those who have back pain.
