Unfortunately my mattress was not delivered on the expected date as it was damaged in transit, and sent back to the warehouse. However, the staff at Memory Foam Warehouse couldn't have been more helpful and arranged for a replacement mattress to be delivered. It is very comfortable!

Delivered the wrong mattress and then on 2nd delivery and collection were supposed to supply 2 people for the job and only supplied 1. At 70 years of age I had to help the driver.

I am very pleased with the single and double mattresses purchased. Took a little longer to deliver than expected. Double mattress, although well packaged, had a large mark on the corner of the mattress. When I notified the company, they quickly sent me a replacement mattress cover.

do not buy the cool max superior luxury…
do not buy the cool max superior luxury mattress. dipping only 6 months after purchase and when i complained to the customer service team. a karen said that it doesn’t fall under warranty because the slats on my bed are 1cm over so they can’t issue a replacement. since when do the gaps between the slats have anything to do with the poor quality of mattress dipping only 6 months into use?

Spare room mattress
Bought a mattress for our spare room which I don't expect a lot of visitors for I bought a basic essential mattress but when my son visited he said it was like a brick so I don't know because we've not slept in it
