Mendip Conservatories provided new windows for our house and extension and a new wave door for our extension. We have been very pleased with the service that they have offered from the initial quote all the way through to installation. Always easy to get hold of somebody, prompt communications and reliable. Mendip Conservatories were recommended to us by friends in Bath who told us they were not the cheapest of companies, but probably the best locally! We did not bother to get comparative quotes, qualiity being more important than cost, and can say that we had first class treatment from all contractors and individuals working for Mendip Conservatories, in terms of communication, site visits and paperwork explaining the stages involved in the project. The work was carried out in three stages by three separate teams: firstly the builders putting in the foundations, dwarf walls, base and drains, then the glass and PVC superstructure was added by one technician in just a day, and finally the plasterers. All were polite, efficient and competent, and left no mess. We were particularly impressed by the high standard of workmanship by Pete, who put up the glass and frame completely on his own, remaining on site until 9.00pm to get the job completed. The entire process went smoothly and from our point of view was problem free. We opted to complete the electrics, porcelain flooring and painting ourselves, and are now the proud occupants of a beautiful, useful new conservatory addition to our kitchen, which has had daily use throughout the winter months.

We received good and honest advice from Mendip Conservatories about these type of doors when we first enquired about them. Gary was extremely helpful putting together the quote. The fitters were friendly and did a very good job. They went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the finish.
When we decided to have our front door replaced we did not hesitate in contacting Mendip Conservatories again and received the same high level of service from them.
We had a few minor problems with the doors but these were dealt with promptly without question.

Mendip Conservatories replaced our old carbonate roof panels with glass panels in under two days. They were clearly very knowledgeable, from initial survey to completion, very tidy and polite on the job and quick to respond when a couple of minor tweaks were needed a few days later. Mendip Conservatories are value for money and we are delighted with the end result.

We had a skyroom style conservatory recently installed by mendip and I can honestly say everything went to plan. The sales process was good with no hidden extras, the installation and trades were all punctional, polite and efficient meeting all dates. Pete the installer is first class and George the ops manager made sure everything was delivered as per the plan.

We used mendip based on trust pilot reviews as i had heard some scare stories. Ironically I found out after that a colleague had gone to another installer and then after 12 months of problems mendip came in to fix the issues. First class company, thank you all, Ben, North Somerset

After consulting several companies to have a conservatory we went with Mendip Conservatories. They were very quick in all aspects of the work and any little hiccups were quickly resolved, In fact we had a small damp patch appear and thought this was due to the conservatory work. The company were quick to send someone to inspect and found it was a fault in our shower and nothing to do with their work. They did not charge us for the time it took to find this out. We have been very pleased with our purchase
