An excellent conservatory. I would always recommend " Mendip Conservatories". I would commend them for every aspect of the process, design, build and finishing touches. This, at the most competitive price found.

Unfortunately we went with another company originaly having only just moved to the area and not knowing of Mendip Conservatories. Big mistake! However, Kim and George bent over backwards to help us with fixes for the mistakes made my the original company, Nationwide Innovations (warning!). They were prompt, professional, efficent and did a marvelous job. Would highly recommend them and when we move again, they will be the first we call for our conservatory work.

We started our search for someone to build our conservatory with one of Mendip's competitors. This was a hard-sell company. We then saw a salesman from Mendip...what a difference! A fair price was offered from the start. I got two other quotes from larger companies with larger prices and happily gave the go-ahead to Mendip. I can honestly say that it's been smooth sailing all the way. Every member of the team who worked on the conservatory was friendly, efficient and willing to go the extra mile. I cannot recommend Mendip enough. Everyone that has been here has admired the work, and that includes others who have had conservatories put up by other firms, and tradesmen that have come to do maintenance work in the house. It's good to get a few quotes, but if you decide upon this company, you will not be disappointed.

We needed help after being let down by a well known national company. Our underfloor heating repeatedly broke down due to trouble with the subfloor. The original installer did not want know even though it was only 7 years old. We contacted Kim and from that initial phone call right up to the completion we had totally professional help and advice. The whole project ran smoothly and we were kept informed of everything that was going on. They worked hard to complete the project, left no mess and made the whole process of removing the floor, and subfloor and replacing it as painless as possible. They are true professionals and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Mendip Conservatories have built us a fantastic orangery with a sky roof. The quality of the materials is excellent and offers good value for money when I compared quotes from other firms in the locality. The guys who built the various elements were extremely professional and pleasant with it and I would have no hesitation in using them for other jobs around the house. The attention to detail by Kim and George is superb and the response when adjustments were needed was first rate. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I agreed for Mendip Conservatories to project build my Orangery from planning application through to final build completion. The service I received from the first call and throughout has been exceptional, everyone involved in their specialist areas have been professional, friendly and most importantly, worked to high quality standard. I was kept informed at all times of progress, dates when the work would be carried out without fail, everyone worked to the agreed dates. Importantly for me was that I was working to a fixed price and even though there may have been additional costs with some unexpected work! I paid the agreed price, so no unwanted surprises. The team of builders, plumbers, electricians, fitters were all very experienced and ensured they maintained a clean environment during their work and left nothing to waste. There is nothing I can say which is a negative and would highly recommend Mendip Conservatories to anyone wanting a hassle free, high quality build, at a competitive price.

Mendip Conservatories designed just what we wanted and sourced all the quality elements of our modern bespoke 'skyroom'. The result is better than expected and it has a real 'wow' factor. From Gary (the designer), Kim & George (who made it all happen) through to Pete (the fantanstic fitter - who worked like a Trojan despite the weather) and Aiden & Andy (the electricians) everyone was really professional. Thank you Mendip Conservatories.

From walking into the showroom for the first time, to completion - a very personal and attentive service! The individual tradesmen were all excellent. They came in, did the job and able to proceed smoothly to the next Trade. The staff were all friendly and professional. Very timely in their response to my queries. I can not praise them all highly enough, and would most definitely recommend them to friends and family. Great job!!

We had our wonderful conservatory installed about three years ago, the installation, workforce and support were excellent with everything going perfectly to the agreed schedule and have been more than pleased with this great product.
Recently we noticed signs of moisture in one of the double glazed panels and although the conservatory was covered with a 10 year guarantee we were expecting to have to jump through a few hoops to get the matter resolved.
NOTHING COULD BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH !
On phoning the office the faulty unit was immediately identified from their records a new unit was ordered with a promise of delivery in two weeks, almost to the minute the fitter arrived with the new unit( same guy who installed the conservatory ) quickly checked size was correct and replaced unit at no cost.
It is very easy for sales teams to promise the earth when selling their products, however this is a fantastic example of what after sales service should be. It should give anyone thinking of purchasing Mendip conservatories products total confidence in a high quality product and their superb after sales support.

We used Mendip for the above having had a total of 3 quotes. Mendip was the only company that met our brief and also came up with lots of good ideas. This improved the overall design and practical use of the space which included a set of 4 bifolding doors opening on to decked patio. All work was carried out by professional and friendly workman. We would not hesitate in recommending them and have already done so on two occasions, where they have successfully installed conservatories.

Without exception all workmen could be recommended. Communication good and the whole project was completed in good time. We are delighted with our new conservatory.

We've just had some Dempsey Dyer Beaumont windows installed and couldn't be happier with the results. Kim and the team at Mendip Conservatories provided an excellent service, offering great value for money, high quality workmanship and being easy to deal with. Their Sales Consultant, Gary, was knowledgable and understanding and there was a refreshing lack of any 'hard sell'. During the installation, the whole team were friendly and considerate (very little noise or mess!) and took obvious pride in their work. If you're thinking about replacing your windows, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mendip Conservatories.

The various units of the team were all very skilled in their particular trades. All were dependable, polite, and left the site clean and tidy. We are very pleased with our "Living Room"type conservatory and spend a lot of time in it. We are more than satisfied with the finished product.

All aspects of the work involved to construct our new room in the garden were completed without fuss or disruption to our normal everyday living. All of the contractors were respectful and curteous, clearing up any mess immediately after every session. We are completely happy with our purchase.

Throughout the project we were informed of daily schedules and all tradesmen were punctual, efficient, friendly and amenable to on-site personal changes to fixtures and fittings. They were also extremely tidy and organised, leaving very minimal evidence of them being there at all. The conservatory itself is well built and designed to meet our specific needs and we couldn't be happier with the addition to our house. Part of our design included a new door and new shaped window, and we certainly would recommend and use Mendip Conservatories again for doors and windows as well as conservatories.

I would like to take this opportunity of thanking you and all of the Mendip team for a first class experience finished off (waiting for the plaster to dry) by a perfect job.

From start to finish it has to be said I have never met a group of such professional guys with such dedication and commitment to their individual skills.
Peter with the roof was without doubt a guy who brings credit to your company in the way he demonstrated his tuned skills and total dedication to the task in hand. He worked relentlessly over a period of 8 days sometimes doing a 12 hour day without once cutting corners or leaving things out. Many thanks really go out to him. Andy with the electrics found one or repaired a couple of cables that unfortunately had been screwed to the new roof, but hey you cant make an omelette without cracking a few eggs, appreciation for the repairs as well as providing new cabling for the yet to be installed lights. That brings me onto Darren and his team who held my hand every step of the plastering way even provided a few tips on how to decorate when all has dried. Again his efforts only reflect dedication and professionalism for his company and Mendip conservatories.

It has to be said I would have no doubt in recommending your company to anyone who wants a guaranteed first class job whilst dealing with people who enjoy working for others.

Once all has been completed I will finish off the photos and place them on my face book page. Hopefully it will show the job from start to finish.
