I received wonderful service from Joe Hurrell from the initial call to sell my lease car to me to several questions that I asked post delivery too.
His professional and calm manner was just the ticket! Always had an answer, if he didn't know he found out, he did everything he promised including the work done on the car to sending out some replacement key fobs that had got lost. I was dreading the paperwork side of things but it was nice and simple and both Meghan and Joe made the process very easy to follow. The delivery drivers also arrived on time and were most pleasant.
Thank you once again for your help. Youre an excellent representative for Mercedes-Benz. Continue the great work.

This is my first ever review…
I was playing with the idea of getting a newer car but I didn’t know if it would be possible to get a good deal as well as I hate dealing with car dealers!
I did an easy online car valuation, literally within about 10 minutes from clicking the submit button, I had a phone call from Ellie to which within that hour a verbal deal was agreed.
I popped down to the dealership and I was greeted by 2 lovely smiles at the front desk to which made me forget the reason I was there in the first place 😂.
Took the car for a test drive and agreed to move forward with the purchase by the time I got back home Ellie had already processed the finance docs and they were ready to sign.
I have been through 8 car deals in my time - nothing comes close to the way this one went as it was so effortless and very quick. Good customer service all round. All in if it was a weekday the process would have taken 2 hours.
Also the deal itself was fair for both parties which hardly happens when it comes to car dealers.

Excellent Carwow experience from Mercedes-Benz South West
Purchased a car via an introduction through Carwow to Lauren from Mercedes-Benz South West. I purchased a brand new unregistered Mercedes A200. The vehicle had just arrived from the factory, found on Carwow, and was delivered a week later to my house in the South East by one of their professional drivers. Buying process was simple and easy to do especially if you are very busy with work. Alison supported the admin for the purchase with ease. Driven delivery takes all of the stress out of collection.
