Car was collected for a service and it's first MOT. Under chassis video was emailed to me. Everything was conducted very well and the car was washed and returned (it didn't need a valet).

Service was completed within 90 minutes. I wasn't sent an email detailing any issues. The service manager didn't discuss any faults. There was no report given about the service only that it had been completed and a 2nd page detailing past service history. At the end the service manager tried to charge me £299 for the service without checking if I had any service plan in place. Which I do. Also, for second time the car wasn't washed or valeted. I did ask and was given excuse no valeters were working yet I saw them working and another manager told me they were working. Overall, disappointed with Mercedes Benz Truro

We recently purchased a car and Esme was brilliant. Very helpful and accommodating when I viewed the vehicle especially as it was quite late in the day. Handover was excellent and nothing was too much trouble, she helped us set up the Mercedes app and answered all our questions. Would definitely recommend to others and looking forward to dealing with her again when its time to change the vehicle.

polite, efficient service but expensive

I picked up my new AMG 45 s from Mercedes Truro last week. The whole experience was amazing. The staff were very friendly, very knowledgeable and very helpful, they did everything they could to make me feel valued and at ease, nothing was too much trouble.
I definitely recommend this dealership.

Recently I travelled 330 miles to view a Mercedes-Benz Cla220d in Spectral Blue at the Truro Dealership.
I was not disappointed, from the moment I drove onto the forecourt.

The whole experience was excellent from start to finish.
Nothing was too much trouble, all my questions were answered in full.

Recently had my Mercedes EQC in for a service. Everything was excellent, from booking the service to the staff in the service centre and the reception. I waited for it to be serviced and enjoyed the coffee. The service time was completed ahead of the time i was told so all good. I was offered a car but due to the short waiting time it was not worth it. Thank you all for the excellent service.
