First class service as usuall been with truro 18 years. staff all very helpful.

I recently purchased my new Mercedes, and the entire experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Esme, my salesperson, was very helpfull and professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure I found the perfect car.

Driving away in my new Mercedes was such a special moment, and I have Esme and the rest of the Mercedes-Benz of Truro to thank for that. Their service perfectly reflects the quality and prestige of the brand itself.

We live down in Brighton and happened to get in touch with this site as they had a car we were interested in. The customer service and communication was absolutely outstanding. We dealt mainly with Tamara and Esme and they were both excellent. Considering we were purchasing the car from miles away I thought it was SUCH a smooth process, my partner and I genuinely had many conversations between us saying how great the service was. Recently revisited to have a second look at a van we were interested in. Met Andrew, he was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and he was really knowledgeable too. No hard sale at all, just facts and a really decent manner. His updates since then have been spot on too. Highly recommend.

We recently purchased our AMG GLB 35 and have entrusted Mercedes-Benz of Truro with the ongoing service and care for our car. The service and customer care so far, are second to none. On both visits we were treated to coffee at reception, very polite staff and a very suitable courtesy car whilst the vehicle was in for service and MOT. Excellent!

Only dropped the car in for it’s first MOT. Dealt with Ben and the service was excellent. I will be continuing to us the Truro Dealership as they are very welcoming and helpful.

I always had good service from Mercedes South West, excellent service from the minute I walk in the front door, very pleasant at the front desk and the team know exactly what going on with my service. Just a bit pricey but saying that all work done to a high standard.

Maisey looked after us throughout when our car was in the workshop for replacement disc brakes and pads all round. We were kept informed of progress and we were able to keep the courtesy car for a further day when additional spares were required. Would recommend.

Scott was pleasant, professional and efficient which made the purchase of our new car straightforward. No problems and the car was great.

The word that best describes my experience is 'efficiency'.Having said that having dealt with Mercedes Truro for many years I have never had bad service or problems. The coffee is quite good as well.

Communication with Jonathan throughout the initial process procedure of purchasing a van was great. Andrew took over for the purchase and hand over of the vehicle which was also great service. I was a little disappointed on collection day due to having to request they valeted the vehicle again due to a fair amount of dog hair that was missed, rubber seals were hanging off also which was missed on their inspection. Both resolved very promptly by andrew but this has obviously docked a 🌟.

Having had poor service with mercedes up north. I was somewhat reluctant to use Mercedes of Truro how wrong can I be. They are Professional. Curteous. Friendly. Cannot do enough to put your mind at rest. I hasten to add my car is 12 years old in for warranty work. Not me going in to purchase a new one. I sincerely hope that this read and Mercedes of Truro get the feedback they deserve.

I recently had my GLE’s first service at Mercedes Truro and was very happy with the experience. Firstly they proactively contacted me to arrange the booking, which avoided me forgetting to do so myself.
I was offered the options of a car or to wait for what they predicted would be about 2 hours. I opted to wait, always dangerous when sat in a car showroom, and I enjoyed a coffee or two in the comfort of the showroom.
The time passed quickly and my car was ready well within the 2 hours. My keys were returned to me and an explanation given as to the work they had carried out.
All in all a good experience.

Receiving a car back from service with incorrect tyre pressures, plus a host of different stories and reasons. We didn't buy our car from that dealership because of the attitude of the sales staff, and it would appear that attitude covers the whole firm. They did offer to take the car back to check the tyres, but I have no faith!

Excellent customer service from the first telephone call to picking up the car when ready, a wonderful electric vehicle for the courtesy car, full explanation of the work carried out on my Mercedes SLK, very happy with the work carried out the car drives better than ever.
