Usual quality customer experience spoiled by a failure to reset the car computer to show that the service had been carried out.

The service and MOT were carried out to a very high standard which you would expect from a professional dealership. Didn't have to wait long and the service spec was fully explained with a detailed breakdown provided.

Great knowledgeable staff without being pushy. Vehicles looked at were great and pulled in a vehicle from another location for my inspection.

Went away on holiday from Wales only to realize my MOT was up on my Eclass, they fitted me in the next day & completed the work. So thankful & understanding.

Seamless first service completed as stated within two and a half hours whilst I waited. If it was a longer wait I would need access to alternative transport.

We called into the Truro Mercedes dealership with a view of changing our CLA for another vehicle. We were met by Esme Taylor who asked us what we were looking for in our next vehicle, after discussing we decided to test drive a GLA. Esme was very knowledgeable and supportive whilst we made our decision. Following further input from her colleague Tamara-Crystal we decided to purchase a new GLA. The whole process was very efficient and easy. We would not hesitate to recommend Truro Mercedes.

This review isn’t a reflection on the dealership
It’s the after service from the my Mercedes app
I relay heavily on the Apple car play app
And after paying the lovely £200 fee they couldn’t get it working remotely. So after 5 weeks I’m still waiting for someone to bother to get back to me with a solution.

I get that after a car is sold the sales team need to deal with live customers and I totally understand this. But if the after service isn’t on point then you have to go to the original point of contact.
When you pay a lot of money you expect a good service and along the chain in Mercedes the call centres are not helping. I hate leaving bad reviews but until my issue is sorted it’s staying

I had a post service issue with my car. I took it back to the Truro branch and I was dealt with by Lauren. She was superb & arranged for my car to be seen to instantly and the problem fixed. It was top class customer service. Many thanks

We purchased our previous Mercedes Benz from the Exeter dealership during 2022. This involved a six month wait from order to collection owing to the lack of electronic chips resulting from the aftermath of the Covid epidemic. Throughout this period we were contacted monthly by sales executive Ms Kemp-Stannett from the Exeter dealership keeping us informed about the car from the build to delivery in September. A first class service on the day of collection from Ms Kemp-Stannett.
Having had such a good experience in 2022 when we decided to order a new car in 2025 we made the necessary arrangements with Ms Kemp-Stannett from the Truro dealership where she was now working as a transaction manager. The whole process from order to collection only took five weeks and, again, we were very impressed with the way we were kept informed along the way by Ms Kemp-Stannett and despite a minor hiccup on the day of collection we were again delighted with the service and professionalism shown by Ms Kemp-Stannett and by one of her colleagues Mr Ben Sanders. Thank you very much.

From start to finish I was kept well informed throughout the whole process.

I met Leon with my dad in April 2022 and I remembered what a outstanding salesman he was. I contacted him March 2025 to buy a new car and he remembered us from 2022. He was outstanding from start to finish and he could not have done anything better to help me. I am very pleased with my new C 300 AMG Line Premium Saloon. Also Tamara and Steve the delivery driver were outstanding as well. In my experience Mercedes of Truro is an excellent place to buy a new car. I will be using them again when I buy my next car and recommending them to friends and family.
