From the telephone invitation to book an MOT test and recall check, book a loan car, being kept updated and made to feel welcome when I arrived, the level of service was outstanding. Maisey and the ladies in reception provide an efficient and friendly welcome on arrival which is much appreciated.

Recently bought a 10 Yr old E Class. Booked in with Josh to check rear subframe as it's a common fault and update subframe. He arranged a courtesy car checked it, updated sat nav as requested, quoted for parts for my faulty air suspension. Made me feel welcome despite my older vehicle. Well done! I'll be back when I want a newer model.

I bought my A200 from Truro. The level of attention to detail team Truro showed us was that great that even though we weren't planning to change our other car we decided to upgrade and purchased a GLB 3 weeks later.
Maisey in the service department is to be commended for her customer service skills, she knew exactly what my requirements were and my car was ready just after lunch. The whole team are so customer focused nothing is any trouble and the bit we really like is they openly welcome our 2 dogs and all make a fuss of them especially the lovely ladies on the desk, on handover day we had to laugh as the board said Congratulations Wilma and Betty on your 2nd new car.

Louise Hall, the lady with whom I was dealing, is the epitomé of a good sales person. She answered all my questions with patience and knowledge, and I had a lot as the Mercedes GLC 300DE 4Matic I purchased is the first plug-in hybrid electric vehicle I have owned! The vehicle itself, a 2021 model bought as an approved used Mercedes Benz vehicle, is all I hoped for. This is the 4th Mercedes Benz I have owned, and have always been happy with them.

Thanks to a third-party making my car a write off,I needed a new car. Ben was very patient as I dithered between options, but quickly found me exactly what I wanted when I knew the colour. I’m very grateful as that made all the difference.

Awful experience purchasing a used approved (less than 9 month) old A-Class. Delivered with scratches down to the metal in two locations. Scratches down to the primer too. Dealer offered to put right but had to find my own repairer locally. Only agreed to a smart repair and not a full respray. Damage was apparently not there the night before the delivery and "these things happen."

Further damage found thereafter which appeared to be caused by the same media that introduced the other damage. Damage to windscreen; dealer declined to investigate or repair. Stating that the vehicle had been in my ownership for a number of months so "anything could have happened." Marks to rear bumper where boot lid closes too far down; local dealership said polish or nothing. No respray on offer under paintwork warranty.

Transmission failed and no reverse was available. Went in on a limp to local dealership. No courtesy car provided.

Mercedes-Benz Finance have stated that as a repair was accepted (initial damage reported upon delivery) that the right to reject had been forfeited.

Car delivered with one mismatched tyre on the same axle.

Head-up display does not work.

Heating does not work at all on electric mode.

Dealership not interested at all to put things right. The relationship was soured anyway when they made accusations. Glass report clearly states when damage would have occurred and by what means but this evidence counts for nothing in the face of a gaslighting dealership. Worse still, a Finance Dept. that thinks it is above the law.

Invoice showed two new batteries for key
fobs. Firstly I left only one key and
secondly you didn't change the battery on that one. The tape put on the fob hadn't been removed. This is not the first time I have caught out Truro service department. Charging for items/work that isn't carried out, is dishonest. I'm left wondering what else has been skipped from the Service schedule.

My car needed a service and MoT, all accomplished smoothly. Collected and delivered back by a very pleasant man from MB Truro. I was kept informed of progress in the workshop, and am fully satisfied with the work done.

very pleased with the recent service of our GLC at Merc, Truro. We took out a service plan when we purchased the vehicle in 2020 and this has been very beneficial to ensure the vehicle is serviced when required etc. as such the vehicle has never let us down and it is worked hard. the recent service has been no exception with a courtesy car supplied for the period. Our car came back serviced and cleaned by friendly and knowledgeable staff. Thankyou
