We recently purchased a used Mercedes GLC from Mercedes Truro. Kevin helped us through the sale and made the whole process easy & enjoyable. Excellent care and attention was taken throughout the whole process. We have since had a couple of warranty bits to sort and again excellent service, care and attention by Jake. We have been kept informed & had a lovely courtesy car while our car was being dealt with. We would like to say Thank you to all the staff at Mercedes Truro who have helped in this process & not forgetting personally the lovely receptionist who love seeing our cokapoo Luna.

I asked for a problem with the rear electric windows to be investigated, I was told that this had been done but clearly this wasn’t so because the windows were still not closing properly. I pointed this out to the service person but was told that it could not be looked at again that day and he could only suggest that I booked the car in again at a future date.

Everything from collection to return went perfectly.All aspects of the job were done exactly according to plan.

I had a call from Sam enquiring if I was interested in changing my A class. The deal he offered was good so I visited the show room the next day and put the order in motion. Everything went very smoothly and within 12days I had my new car. The service I received from Sam and Kevin was exceptional and I highly recommend the Truro sales team.

I bought a car from Truro after making an initial enquiry online. I’m in W Yorkshire. Spoke with Esme who was extremely helpful. She sent me a video tour of the car and arranged for it to be driven to Exeter for a test drive. Only face to face I had was with the drivers who were there for test drive and subsequent delivery. All excellent and very personable.

A 5 star review left for my MOT and service as even though my 10 year old GLA was not completed on the day as it required a fuel filter, I was given the curtosy car which I had for the day, to drive home with. Thanks also to Ben for explaining everything and keeping me up to date with what was happening.

Brilliant customer service and sales advice from Andrew when buying an approved used Vito van. I really felt that Andrew went out of his way to help me make an informed decision on buying the right vehicle without being pushy or 'salesy' like other dealers. The free delivery was also appreciated given how far they were away from me.

Also the aftercare has been amazing, any questions or help I've needed, Andrew has always responded quickly. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new or approved van to get in touch with Andrew.
