Order despatched on 3rd December still not delivered on 5th January. Emailed seller but no reply and no refund

Fast delivery, really good product, would definitely buy again

Lots of great choice of products, reasonable prices and ease of website use. Item was delivered promptly and packaged well.

Saw this on my Internet wanderings and decided it would be my Christmas jumper. The fit is just right even though I wasn't sure from what i'd read about sizing. I take XL t shirts and the XL jumper was perfect. The detail is inpressive and the colours are vibrant. Also worthy of note is that even though the delivery said it would arrive after Christmas day it turned up just before. As it turns out you SHALL pass!

Two fabulous Christmas jumpers (Batman and The Nightmare before Christmas). Lots of admiring comments about them. Jumpers true to size and slimmer fit not baggy . Swift delivery. Would buy from them again.

I got what I ordered very promptly and am very happy with it.

As a new customer, I had high hopes with this company, as their items looked great, and reviews were mostly positive.

Sadly, my experience was far from good.

I placed an order, and paid for express delivery, as I needed the item ahead of a specific date - even though it was a week away. Merchoid state to use an express services (at a premium delivery fee) should you need the item quickly. Despite this, several days later, the item hadn’t even been picked. I followed up with customer service to enquire as to why this was the case, and received a completely lacklustre and borderline ignorant reply from one of their representatives, Ben - ‘you will receive your item’.

Thanks for that - that’s a basic requisite when you pay for an item. Appalling response with zero explanation.

The item FINALLY arrived, literally at the 11th hour, the day before. Lo and behold, despite taking days to pick a single jumper, they sent the wrong size - it was 2 sizes bigger than I requested.

I proceeded to contact customer service, not once, not twice, but 3 times, providing photographic evidence of the issue. To date, I have not received a single response to any email - each were a few days apart to give them time to respond. I requested a partial refund as it was too late to return the item due to having to make do for the event that it was needed for having already past.

ZERO aftercare, poor delivery time, and to be frank, utter ignorance from their customer service team.

I will not be using this company again - I may have been unlucky but there is a catalogue of errors here that is indicative of a badly run company.

Be wary before you order - I wouldn’t bother.

Let’s see if they respond to this - I won’t hold my breath as I suspect I’ll break the Guinness Book of World Records if I do.

Fantastic jumper great quality

The ordering system was super simple and easy to use, and delivery was quite fast, so overall a great experience!

Products arrived quickly and there was plenty of communication. The Price point and quality of the goods was excellent, as promised. The only reason I wouldn't give them 5 stars is they used Evri to deliver, who are a terrible delivery company.

Purchased a gift for colleague's Secret Santa who was delighted, thanks!

Navigating the website was super easy, which is a huge plus.
I was kept updated with how my delivery was progressing regularly.

I loved both my Harry Potter Advent Calendar and Harry Potter Hoodie.

The product is excellent and the communication around the order is good. Just a shame their choice of courier is not known until after you order. Delays occurred with the delivery (not the first time with this courier company - watch Panorama) which meant extra work for the customer to chase it up. Had a different courier company been used, then this review would have been 5 stars.
