ordered over a week ago i appreciate…

ordered over a week ago i appreciate its the bustiest time of the year but they dont respond to emails and it hasn't even left them yet if they had shipped it and the courier's where messing around i would understand but it looks like its not even left them yet even if they answered emails would be slightly helpfull

Great service for a high quality jumper

Ordered on a Sunday night. Was posted with Evri the next day and arrived on the Tuesday. Very quick. The Lord of the Rings Christmas jumper is really nice. A great design with good production quality. Size was accurate. Absolutely zero complaints and would order again. Thanks

Jumper arrived with a massive hole in the sleeve which I didn't realised until I had removed the tag and was wearing it. Contacted customer services same day as delivery, still haven't heard anything back.

Prepare for a wait

First off, the itself is as described (Sith the season). It's a great fit and warm. I ordered 16 November and got it today 12 December. They said when I ordered there would be a wait as they didn't have stock in, so that's okay. However they used Evri as courier. Evri claimed my package was out for delivery for two days, then they took it back to depot only for it to sit there for another 5 days until it got delivered today. Unless you're prepared to pay extra for next day delivery, be prepared for a wait.
