Item never arrived

Item never arrived, the courier had it in their possession but said contact Merchoid (Evri are terrible) so I did and I'm still waiting on a response. I really expected better.

Arrived super quickly and was well…

Arrived super quickly and was well packaged. The tracking was great.
The jumper was so well made and looked fantastic. I was really impressed with the quality.
They have free returns which is excellent.
Will definitely be back in the future.

None delivery

Evri claim to have attempted delivery 3 times but only provide a picture of the parcel in their warehouse. Unlikely I will ever see what I’ve paid for , don’t waste your money

Merchoid Doesnt reply

I placed an order quite a while ago, in November, to ensure a timely delivery for a significant birthday present. The courier service, Evri, unfortunately did not deliver the items, and I have been unable to receive any assistance or information from their customer service regarding the whereabouts of my package or a replacement. I have contacted Merchoid and Evri multiple times via email. I am quite upset about the loss of the special gifts I carefully selected. Once this matter is resolved, I do not intend to make any future purchases from them.

Undelivered. No help. No reply.

I ordered a Christmas Jumper that was intended for a gift. Unfortunately Merchoid use Evri, the famously worst courier service. The Item hasn't arrived and I have been emailing both companies for a resolution for two weeks now. No pressure has been put on Evri, no reply to my emails, no refund been offered, no replacement been organised. I'm out of pocket with nothing to show for it. I would not recommend.
