Five-Star Review for My Mortgage Advisor Penny and case manager Jayshri!!

I cannot recommend Penny and Jayshri highly enough! They have made the entire mortgage process smooth, stress-free, and surprisingly enjoyable. Their knowledge of the market, attention to detail, and commitment to finding the best possible deal for me were truly impressive.

What stood out the most was their clear communication—every question I had was answered quickly and thoroughly. They were always one step ahead, proactively handling paperwork, coordinating with the lender, and keeping me informed at every stage.

Thanks to their guidance and support, I felt confident and informed throughout the process. Truly a five-star experience!

There are not enough positives to describe my experience with Nick Egan from Metro Finance and Caitlin Appleton from Meridian Mortgages during my mortgage process. It has been a long drawn out process (through abortive sales and purchases) but they have gone above and beyond to assist me. Their dedication and personable manner is nothing short of superb and I don't think they could have done more if it was their own mortgage. They were determined to help me and it felt like they would not stop until they found a way. I cannot express how grateful I am to both Nick and Caitlin and thanks to them I finally completed on my new home yesterday. This would never have happened without them. I would never go anywhere else for mortgage advice and will recommend anyone to them. They are both amazing at what they do! Thank you again Nick and Caitlin!

AVOID USING, Will never Reccommend or use them Myself ever again after how they have dealt with my family, absolutely unproffesional and Rogue on day of appointment cancelling as they dont look at documents properly then waiting over 2 weeks to state they dont want to deal with us, rude and unproffesional emails, do not respond or reply. STAY AWAY FROM MERIDIAN and STAFF CALLED ANTOINETTE McCOOK.
Theres better service out in Market, who shall Provide better Service and NO FEES.

I cannot endorse Vicki and the service she provides highly enough. It was swift, efficient, there was proactive communication throughout and I got the offer I was looking for. I would not hesitate to recommend the service to anyone looking for similar advice.

Although at first, the processing appeared to take long, this suddenly changed. The change I would say was due to having supplied Emma M with all the information and documents that were needed. From here onwards, everything went very smoothly. Emma M was very responsive, kept us informed as well she gave us good advise.
I would not hisitate recommending anyone to work with Meridian Mortgages in particular and Emma M specifically.

I spoke with an advisor called Dawood who took the time to go through all of my options with me and was very honest throughout the process. This was fantastic as I had just experienced a negative phone call with a provider and was feeling very wary of speaking to anyone about life insurance over the phone. Emma theaker organised my remortgage and made it the easiest smoothest process for me, I didnt have to do anything. She called when she said she would and was always professional and pleasant. I went with meridian on my original mortgage application 5 years ago and again now for remortgage and wouldnt hesitate in recommending them to others.

Following our mortgage confirmation which was processed well, we were contacted to have an optional further meeting to discuss our insurance options. Explaining that this is something we have put in place privately was not good enough for Meridian and Ben sent us passive aggressive emails that were not upfront and clear implying we were at fault for not pursuing this through the company. This has completely tarnished our view of the company and for the unprofessional handling of this part of the process we would not recommend this company and will never use them again.

Emma Morley was a star in providing us with an offer swiftly and communicated well through out the process and beyond.

I was serviced by Vicki Collings-Cramp whom was happy to answer any and all questions I had. They worked around my schedule and was happy to consult over online video meeting. Even though they are commission based, you can tell they are there to help you get the best offer and provide unbiased advice.

I couldn't fault penny Bennett on my journey to apply for a mortgage as a first time buyer. She helped me through thick and thin in getting what I need on peperation to buying a house..she went above and beyond her roll/duties to look after me on getting things complete. Thank you very much penny on making it easy, swift and stress free. Making my dream come true I one happy chap.

These guys were amazing at the time of purchasing our house, however when your mortgage is due for renewal you are hounded with phone calls and emails. My phone hasn’t stopped with calls recently pestering me to book an appointment with them.

We have found Meridian really knowledgeable, efficient and professional throughout our house building journey. Vicki specifically has been great, really personable, always does what she says, professional and thorough, just what you need when going through the stressful process that is house buying/selling. It worked well using TEAMS where required as well, always adapting to the clients needs. We thoroughly recommend Vicki along with the rest of the Meridian team.
