I got a great price on the printer drum I purchased. It was delivered in a timely fashion and corrected my printer problems. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.

If you want to have some idea of what kind of business Meritline runs, buy a small, cheap item from them and then attempt to post a negative review about that item. In 24 hours, you will see that your review has mysteriously disappeared. They don't allow reviews to say anything about delivery time, price, or customer service, but even if you follow all of those rules, they will wipe out negative reviews. If you ever receive a defective product from them (and the chances are good that you will if you buy anything that is electronic) you will discover that the rest of their business practices are just as shady as their review system. They have a return policy that expires 7 days after INVOICE, but as many reviewers have said, they ship things very slowly, so the odds are very high that 7 days after the Invoice is posted, your product will still be on a boat on its way to you. In some cases, products take 30+ days to arrive, which also wipes out the "repair" period that Meritline allows. This means if you receive a defective product, your only solution is to contact your credit card company and try to fight the charge with them. This is no way to run a business. If you find a cheap item for sale at Meritline that is almost bullet proof and no more complex than a wheelbarrow, buy it. Otherwise, stick to sites like Amazon or Ebay that have far better return and buyer protection policies.

I've been a Meritline customer for years. This purchase was for 200 of the Taiyo Yuden CD-R with the white inkjet hub printable surface. The Meritline price is way below retail, and the discs arrived promptly. The few times I've had a problem with a product purchased from Meritline, I sent a polite email to customer service and received a prompt offer for reshipment of a replacement or a credit for the purchase price.

I read a review that criticized Meritline for being slow. I can't help but wonder if this person is confused with the difference in delivery time depending on what you order. If you order an item that is going to be shipped from the China affilliate, then you will wait a couple of weeks. The rest of the items from Meritline are sent from their U.S. affilliate and the delivery time has been less than 7 days for free shipping and less if I pay for expedited shipping and/or handling.

Extremely slow delivery and terrible customer support. Only buy their products if you are buying throwaway items.

I recently purchased a refurbished Logitech 920C webcam from Meritline. Product arrived quickly and was in new condition. Webcam image is sharp and clear with good sound. Price was very reasonable. I would purchase through Meritline again

I've bought many products from Meritline. Generally, they are good values. They only negative is that some of their products ship from Hong Kong and those can take several weeks to arrive. Stuff shipped from their US warehouse arrive in a timely manner.

Ordered 4 ink cartridges, 1 of which proved to be defective. Called Meritline customer service, they immediately shipped a replacement which I received in 4 days. Very courteous and helpful customer service person on the phone, great prices and good selection. I will continue to do business with them!

I've always had great experiences with this company. Can't say I've ever had anything less than satisfactory service and products. Not sure what others are complaining about but I'm a happy customer.

Had such a hard time with the ordering and billing process alone. Never will use again. Unreliable and unprofessional. Canceled my very first order immediately due to the lack of professionalism. Was concerned that this was a rip off site and I surely wasnt convinced that it was not with the way my order and card info was handled. Horrible !!!

I have ordered from Meritline for about a year now. I have 3 printers at home and have saved a lot of money on ink! I had one instance where I could not get a couple of black ink cartridges to work. I contacted the company and they issued a paid return label and immediately sent me replacements. They did not charge me for the replacements and credited my account for the cost of the cartridges to use on a future order; essentially, returned the defective ones on them and got free replacements. I love this kind of guarantee and confident customer service. Keep it up!

The prices are great. Shipping is prompt. For the prices I'm willing to wait for a few extra days for my stuff, but if you want stuff fast, then may be this is not for you.

I sent several emails and never got a response. When I called, the customer service rep hung up on me. Never using there service again.

used to be good company once, now getting worse and worse.
ordered refurbished item once, they sent me a badly used one.
after that sent me a wrong cable and denied replacement, "claiming it should work".
shipping from china takes 1.5 months. horrible.

I am a repeat Meritline customer and for me, that says it all. Their products may not always be top of the line, but they are most often reliable and at a very competitive price. Their customer service has been very good to excellent and I would not hesitate to order again or recommend the company to friends or family.

got a logitech g700s from them, didnt even know it was refurb when i purchased...soon as i noticed i was expecting dissapointment. alas, to my surprise, the mouse was in great condition and came swiftly and promptly. meritline is legitimate.

I have been shopping Meritline for many, MANY years now. I have always been happy with their products. Some have been cheap but then so were expectations when you pay less than $1 for something. Other things though have been totally worthwhile: hdmi cables, network cables, pocket knives, CREE flashlights, antenna's, batteries, headband flashlights, pocket credit card knives, tools and so much more. The list goes on and on and again, i've always been happy. On the very rare times that i don't get an order (because the vast majority of their product comes straight from China and takes 6 - 12 weeks to arrive) i would make contact with customer service. They always ask to give it more time which i do. Once that time comes and goes i contact them again and they will offer to reship or refund. It's now been so long since i placed the original order i figure "what the heck" and i reorder. Product usually comes this second time around. Only 2 times did the order still not show and Meritline was quick to refund my money.

My only 2 complaints... 1... if you change your email address Meritline is unable to change your email on your account. Instead, you are forced to create a NEW account. You wind up losing your entire previous purchase histories. You can print them off but what good is that? I find it amazing that in todays world, they can't simply go into your profile and change your email address. NOPE. The second thing i really dislike is the sheer length of time it takes for items to arrive. Again, i get it's coming from China, but still.... packages should not take 30 - 60 days to arrive and that often is the case.

A rule of thumb... you'll get a decent product from Meritline. I've always gotten decent customer support when needed. But, do not order anything if you are in a hurry!

I have and will continue to shop with Meritline.

Now... if only they would fix the problem and allow email changes on existing accounts vs. forcing customers to make new accounts... then i would be very, very happy.

I order few things on march 12, on invoice I have correct address, but when they ship the item they did not write the address properly, so my usps return the item back to them. and they are saying it is the problem with USPS. I call the USPS and they did not put the full address on the package. customer service is rude and i would not deal with these guys agin.
