I have mixed feelings about this company because while they've properly handled several problems with defective merchandise in a timely manner, the product makes me shy away from doing any more business with them. I've ordered a wireless mouse only to have them send a defective one and they promptly offered to send another one. That replacement never shipped and after more than a month, they refunded the cost. I ordered on in the first place because it was needed, and the delays were unpleasant. I've ordered a couple of flashlights only to find two of four batteries had bad contacts. They promptly offered to replace those defective units but it's been weeks now and nothing has arrived. Poor quality products seem to be the problem here, and great customer service just doesn't quite overcome the hurdles if you want something that works the first time.

OK, look ... I've been a buyer of Meritline products for over four years. From electronics to shoes. Never a bad buy, numerous repeat buys (for friends of mine who loved the product I was showing them and from whom I bought it) and the prices are fantastic. I believer all you "one stars" are sad because you bought one item and it wasn't up to your expectations. Sorry. I'll not turn my back on them.

BEWARE..Don't buy anything from Meritline.

2014: Meritline has an extremely poor return policy for defective items. The buyer must pay for return shipping on defective items so your choice is to pay a more to try it again or just cut your losses and keep the defective item.

EDIT 2020: Meritline has been out of business for some time, now.

Seller claims to have shipped two packages from China, once on 10/17/2013, and again on 12/24/2013.

Neither package ever arrived. Meanwhile, dozens of other parcels arrived at my residence in Phoenix during the same period, from multiple carriers, without any issues whatsoever.

The probability of two independent shipments going missing due to "shipper error" is remote. What's more, the seller's refusal to refund my $12.99 leads me to believe this to be a case of fraud.

I have escalated this incident to the following authorities:

(1) my bank
(2) the Paypal fraud & claims department
(3) the Google Trusted Stores Program
(4) StellaService.com

I use a lot of ink-jet printer ink, and the Meritline brands are equal in quality to the original product at an 80% discount.

I've used Meritline for quite a few years and have never been disappointed with their merchandise or their service. I even receive a daily list of their "hot" items and have been enticed by many of them.

I have been ordering from meritlline.com and have been very happy with them and have even referred several people to them. On Monday I ordered a flash drive video camcorder, paid for it and received an order confirmation email. Then a few hours later get a cancelation notice, but the item was still being listed as for sale on the same terms. I think I will be much more selective in my ordering since the scam masters have taken over what was a great company to do business with

I have used Meritline for year and have yet to have a bad experience other than some items are a little slow in shipping, other than that I love the free shipping and unusual items that cannot be found elsewhere.

I have used Meritline for several years now and have had very good results. If you order some of their Cheap items, that is exactly what you will receive. I have ordered over 300 ink cartridges from them and have only had a 6 not function. Not bad. I have also ordered muliple (50+) sd cards and usb thumb drives, and have had excellent results. They all continue to function.

I ordered ink from this site because it was cheap, like me. It arrived promptly which was good because the next day I ran out of black pigment ink on my Canon printer. I popped in the new cartridge and it worked. How boring. You never know with after-market ink cartridges. Sometimes they just don't work right, but not in this instance.

A lot of the stuff here isn't terrifically made, but I don't shop here for the best of bread, I shop for a great deal, and they deliver. They make it clear where items ship from and it always arrives. Love my cheaper-than-refill ink cartridges and other knick knacks.

I get a daily deal eMail which has many trinket items at great prices. US shipping very fast. China shipping reliable & consistently less than 2 weeks. Great deals on good products.

I ordered what was specified as 'printable' CDs from meritline and when I received them they were not printable....when I contacted them I was told that they were only printable on 'thermal' printers and not on ink jet printers (which is what 91% of people use including myself). After that I was told I ordered the 'wrong' CDs...of course I would not have ordered the 'wrong' CDs if meritline simply marked 'thermal printable' in the item description for the CDs in the first place....not good business. Oh plus I had to contact them initially over 3 times just to verify my shipping address.

Anything from paper products to toys. Great deal at the best prices. Quick delivery and if there is ever a problem they follow-up quickly to solve the issue. I am very happy with Meritlne!

They always have neat odds and ends, and if you get the coupon codes can get them for a steal.

Whenever I'm in the market for something, I always check Meritline, just in case. Usually, they have something equivalent to what I want, and usually cheaper. Sure, some things ship slow boat from China, but you can't beat the price. I've not had a problem yet with my purchase from Meritline.

Been very satisfied with all my purchases through Meritline. Will continue to buy from them.
