Copy machine toner, flashlights (bright as the sun), cables, electronic gadgets, memory cards. Everything as advertised, worked perfect, no body can beat their prices.

I am a videographer and find that I can depend on Meritline to provide the products I need in a very timely manner to keep my independent business moving forward. Without their excellent service and products I doubt that we would have succeeded in being one of the most sought after video companies in the area.

Great customer service! I ordered a (refurbished) wireless keyboard/mouse combo. The keyboard was defective upon receipt, but Meritline quickly replaced it with another set. Quick to respond and resolved the issue. A+

Don't even waste your time buying from this seller. Waited two days after they took my payment for shipping update just to learn that something was "In Stock" when I ordered it was not available at all. Paid Extra for rush processing. Complete waste of time.

I have bought at least 7 to 10 items form Meritline all items are as describe all have worked as they should they ship very fast I don't think I have ever had to pay shipping,
I have never tryed or needed to use costumer support or return an item so I can't rate costumer support. Saying that I can say that Meritline when I order an item confirmation , order status, and tracking information is very timely.

Good prices. Fast shipping, even when from Hong Kong. Great email confirmations of shipping progress, etc. Some stuff, like one electronic meter, was just above junk quality, but the price was appropriate, and I used it. Two items in several years of buying
arrived defective; one email and the items were replaced without me returning them -- I just had to photograph the item. Sometimes they have a video to show you what you are buying. However, sometimes there is too little information (like what battery is used,
or how various modes might work) or the information is in Chinese pigeon English and hard to understand. But the reviews normally supply the info you need and in general they are responsive to customer complaints.

I recently placed an order (#1002****7), but because the billing address didn't match the card, I got an email asking me to reply with the correct billing address. I did so immediately, but then got another email a couple days later saying NO EMAIL had been received and meritline was cancelling my order. I went meritline.com to use the contact submission form to inform them of this and received this message upon hitting the "SUBMIT" button:

By this point, it was obvious they cannot be contacted via email OR web, so I called customer service to inform them of meritline's email problems AND the dead link on their webpage and that I wouldn't be following through with my order. Instead of thanking me for taking time out of my day to bring these issues to their attention, the lady I spoke to HUNG UP ON ME!!! So now I get to waste MORE time out of my day doing my due diligence as a consumer by informing everyone else that this is a HORRIBLE merchant and POSSIBLY A SCAM SITE!! If ANYTHING AT ALL goes wrong with your order, good luck getting them to give half a damn!are affiliated or have a conflict of interest with this website.

Always great deals and no problems so far and I've been using them years.

I like Meritline for it's low price on most of the stuff. I wait for the email notification from them every morning to check out the deals and more often than not I make 2-3 purchases a week. Shipping takes time but I know what I'm paying and I can wait.

I ordered HP 60 ink cartridges on May 29, 2013 and paid $25.02 with shipping. The ink cartridges I received were only ¼ full or completely empty. I requested replacements and was sent RMA information. I paid to return the bad cartridges but was told in response that one of the cartridges I returned was not their product because it was an EOM HP cartridge? Either Meritline sent me ink cartridges not yet remanufactured or I mistakenly sent back one of my original HP cartridge. It’s the same ink cartridge folks as you sent me, just remanufacture it. That’s what you do isn’t it?

got the product in a timely manor, testing the unit out seems to work well. price was very reasonable compare to others at store and web sites. will be ordering more to sell to my customers. very nice looking. needs to be package better so that I can resale it in the same package.

My paste experience with merit line went ok. The prices are the best around for techy items but all around the product are from china very cheap and don't work for too long. The last headphones I purchased were awful, just had the worse sound, they must have been defective, my only serious issue was that meritline made me ship back the item when it was completely defective, if you sell junk, you should (as a company) pay for the shipping fees to be a good, well respected company. Got my money back but had a total waste of time and money in the process

The product arrived quicker than expected and was more than I anticipated. Great company to deal with.

I have purchased quite a few items from Meritline and have been satisfied with their service and products. My orders wee filled correctly and delivered as promised. In one situation where my order was lost in transit, upon contacting the company, my order was replaced and I did receive my merchandise. If you are looking for price, and availability, you will be satisfied with this company.

Poor customer service. I had ordered a Harmony Remote and upon delivery found the product inoperable. Despite their published return and refund policy the company failed to offer a refund and send I would only receive a replacement. Further they told me that I had to leave it to chance that they would replace the remote with a working unit.

I really like using Meritline, I can usually find what I need and at very reasonable prices. I use them regularly to order ink for my printer. The store has good items and good sales as well. I like seeing what will be offered next.

I must have ordered more than 50 items from Meritline, and they all arrived promptly in good shape. This is the Go-To place for all sorts of adapters, cables, interesting small tech items and the odd essential. When an item arrived non-functioning (DOA), they quickly did everything right to send a replacement and facilitate the return.

My latest purchase turned out to be a real winner. There are loads of earbuds available in the world, and I was certain there must be some design that delivered fidelity and comfort. Usually, you get one at best. They had the Logitech Ultimate Ears UE 100 Noise-Isolating Earphones on sale, and those turned out to be definitively good.

My source for LED flashlights, CD/DVD/BDR media, and computer gadgets. Crazy prices, free shipping, and relatively quick turnaround. Have to get my fix from Meritline.

I've shopped w/Meritline for at least 4 years now and never any major problems they didn't resolve promptly to my satisfaction. Once a lantern arrived DOA, they just sent a replacement no questions asked.

The Daily Deals are fun, sign up for emails and you get notified of coupon codes which are frequently limited quantity but pretty great prices if you catch it!

I agree that cables, switches, tech related stuff you can't beat the prices period. Also, flashlights are a fetish for me and they really kill it in this category....great little Cree lights, headlamps, camping lanterns, walking sticks, computer accessories, camera and phone accessories, misc. gadgetry, and others are ALL items I've purchased and been satisfied. Oh, batteries and battery testers are another favorite!

Yes, FREE shipping is occasionally slower when items come from China, DUH! Often tho many items ship FREE and promptly from a California warehouse and they DO make it apparent both on item page and during checkout which is shipping from where. Can't really ask for more than that, right?
