Maritline offers a wide array of items and always has the best prices. You can get an item of equal quality to that of another merchant for a better price. Sometimes even an item of much better quality to that of another merchant for a much better price! I will definitely continue to shop with them.

At the outset the deals look very impressive. But here are 2 examples where they are either sloppy or deceptive: I bought a remote control switch. The ad didn't say anything about the product requiring a specific (non-household type) battery. Now I have to hunt around and find this damn thing. Second: I was about to buy replacement ink cartridges which were advertised for Lexmark printers. Turns out the reviews from other consumers revealed they were 3rd party inks and didn't necessarily work on Lexmark machines. The company deceptively left out this important nugget of info. Good deals but buyer beware.

Been buying from meritline for a few years now. Am happy with the products (mostly tech related) that I buy from them. Fast shipping unless item coming from China but they let you know up front if it's being shipped from China. Quality is good. Just remember you get what you pay for.

I buy more computer and electronics items at Meritline.com that any other online store. They have great prices and most of what I buy has free shipping, which takes a little longer to get, but you can opt for faster shipping if you want to pay for it. I've never had an item not be delivered, and every item was as described when I got it. I thought I might have a problem with one item and Meritline was prepared to take it back no questions asked, but I discovered how to correct the problem on my own (a flash drive just needed to be reformatted from FAT32 to NTFS), so I'd rate their customer service tops as well.

I had been looking for storage cases for spare 2.5" hard drives, and found what I needed at Meritline: MUKii ZIPO 2.5" HDD Protector, Blue, 2 Pcs Per Pack, Model ZIO-P210-BL. Placed the order, which arrived in a timely fashion. Believe it or not, these plastic hard drive storage boxes aren't always easy to find, so I was glad Meritline had them for a good price.

Buying printer cartridges can be a daunting and frustrating task! Particularly when you have more than one model printer that takes multiple cartridges. Ugh! It is by design, no doubt, and certainly easy to get the wrong items ordered. But Meritline has always sent the right stuff that has never failed. I had assumed that for the low price I would have to accept a few bad ink cartridges, but bag after bag of inks have proven that the quality is perfect. Thanks for taking the bite out of a trivial but confusing part of my life.

The quality of the product I ordered exceed the quality I expected. All that for a very good prize. Shipping and packaging was also good. I will definitely use and recommend Meritline again and again.

They provide low-cost products. Occassionally things don't work like they are supposed to, but Meritline makes it right. Shipping can take a long time, but it is coming from overseas for free. You can pay extra for service if you need it quicker. I recommend Meritline for cables, cases and most things they sell. Keep in mind what they are and how much you are buying something for and you won't be disappointed.

If you are in the market for inexpensive cables for home theater or networking projects, they sell decent quality cables for far less than you would find them locally or most online retailers. I did order a powered USB 2.0 hub which I am having issues with, but for the price I paid it's just not worth the hassle of opening an RMA ticket. Overall fast shipping from US locations, and they'll let you know up front in the item description if the item ships from overseas and what delay to expect.

I always try to look this site for cheap accessories....especially I got some good OEM earphones in last few years..cant believe they got such low ratings inspite of excellent prices. For the price you pay ...stuff is way better

I ordered a Laptop case (207-370-001) Merax Agent Aluminum-like La[top case, advertised to fit up to 17". When I received it, it was tagged to fit up to 15.4" also it had a manufactures defect or damaged. When I spoke to even the customer service manage, he laughed about it. I have just sent it back to them finally . I had been a customer for over 6 years, everything went good until I had a problem!

I have ordered from them MANY times. I have never had a problem. I once ordered an adapter for my 3G iphone. It didn't work for the 3G. they refunded my money, no questions asked, and didn't need me to ship anything back!

Note: After sending a complaint e-mail to them, I received a call the next morning from a different customer service rep apologizing and offering full refund and honoring the promo price I received in the original order. I appreciate the quick and personal response to my complaint but am unhappy it had to reach that point.

Again, order from this merchant at your own risk since their shipments will take close to a month to arrive and you should cross your fingers that nothing gets lost along the way.

It has been almost a month since I ordered a red car optical mouse from meritline.com and I have not received the package. The order was sent to an old address (2 hours away from my current location) even though I explicitly noted that I made a change of address. After e-mailing the customer service rep, I received a lukewarm response, stating there is nothing they can do and they hope that I can "understand."

Now I am stuck with tracking down this $7 order myself and driving 2 hours just to go pick it up, or I can just cut my losses now.

This is honestly the worst online shopping experience I have ever had.

I hope this review can save some of you from the head ache of dealing with such an unreliable, inefficient and non-responsive company.
