After reading the previous review, I rang up to confirm the stock of a product. The correspondence was super quick and even though the product was from a second-party, stock confirmation was quick.
Placed the order and the products arrived very quickly. Overall very happy with the service!
Placed an order, a handful of small 'off the shelf' items, and chose RoyalMail48 delivery option at checkout, during a Tuesday afternoon. A flurry of eMails came out to me, accepting my order.
However, by Saturday, the order still wasn't shown in my account, and there'd been no delivery. What is the point of offering clients 48h delivery when nothing has arrived after 96 hours (and the soonest it could next possibly now arrive will be another 48 hours, making it 144 hours - or six days!)
I filled out the webform on their site to enquire about what was happening, only to get an "unspecified error" as I hit send (after laboriously typing in all the details and order reference of #MH-0008660 )
Okay, so then their reply below... which is the very first I have heard from them on the subject of cancellation - and which means, to add insult to injury, that they're clearly listing, and accepting orders for, merchandise they dont have! I had precision machined other components to mate with your merchandise!
