Fantastic service from everyone at Swaffham branch of MG building. From Sue in the office and Kriston the plumber, nothing was too much trouble and work was completed to a high standard with all rubbish cleared away.

The company has done two jobs for me recently on a property. Firstly they installed a water main to the property and then later carried out minor repairs to the roof which the first job had revealed.
On both occasions the workmen arrived promptly and were pleasant and accomodating. They completed the work with a mimimum of fuss and the cleared up after themselves very well. The properrty is currently unoccupied an dI had to leave the first d=set of workmen to work on their own needing access to the building. They had keys fr the two days, secured the building properly, and left it immaculate at the end of the work. Whilst MG are not the cheapest, they do an excellent job at the time they say they will come - both qualitiesd that I believe are well worth paying for. Also on both jobs the bill was what I had been quoted without any attempt to inflatew costs. Overall I would thoroughly recommend MG Building Maintnence

The people that came to do my job quote were very polite and friendly and my quote arrived quickly. The job was done within a week and the chap that did it was very efficient and did a great job and left everything spotless couldn't have asked for more.

Workmen arrived at the scene and just got on with the work very perlite and excellent work ethic cleaned up afterwards no mess left behind ten out ten for a job well done

We had our extension built and the whole job was completed start to finish in just 6 weeks, which completely amazed us. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Any questions or little tweaks we asked for were dealt with happily and without fuss. The workmanship is brilliant and they kept everything tidy throughout. MG Building maintenance have just completed a ramp at my parents home for easy access to their bungalow & garage. Mark & Emma were very helpful and kept my parents fully informed and it was all project managed from start to finish. The ladies in the office were polite & helpful.
The lads were very hard working and kept everywhere as tidy as possible and were polite and helpful.
We would highly recommend MG & they are a fantastic team and will be using their services again.

I returned from holiday to find a leak of water in the bathroom. Within a couple of hours of phoning the Downham Market office there was a plumber investigating the problem, and a couple of hours later the problem was resolved.

I have watched the whole process of the new shop fronting MG Building and Maintenance in Downham Market and the whole process has been very professional and looks absolutely in keeping with the look of the Market Square. The guys leave the area clean and tidy after their days work, and I would highly recommend their work.

I accepted their quote. When Brian came to do the work in my bathroom he managed to repair/clean up my temperature control unit, therefore a new one wasn’t needed,the office reduced the quote accordingly. I felt they were very fair. I always try to use a local business, and as a new business in Downham,they need support.

MGBM carried out the replacement of my soffits and fascias professionally and efficiently. They have a good team - both on admin and the building works - and I shall be giving them more work. Recommended.

We have had a few large jobs carried out, the first was a major revamp of our conservatory which involved the fitting of a hot/cold roof. We then had all our internal doors replaced with high grade oak doors.
No matter if it was plastering, electrical, building work or painting all the different tradesmen work was of the highest quality.

We had our soil pipe replaced, a new manhole cover and Vuba resin over the slabs on a path. M G provided us with an itemised quote and the work was carried out efficiently by friendly and professional staff who left our property in a clean and tidy state. We would definitely use them for any future work we require.

I contacted this Company to alter and make good a false wall in the conservatory. Within a week I agreed the estimate and the carpenter arrived. It was a fiddly job and we had to change things a bit but he communicated well and he made a very good job. Two days later the plasterer arrived and spent a morning covering the patches and then plastering the new wall.
Both workmen were pleasant and helpful and I am pleased with the jobs they did. I would recommend MG Building Maintenance for people like me who are not able to source individual artisans themselves.
