Helpfullness

I didn't have an appointment and couldn't come back another day a member of staff overheard my conversation and said if I could wait a couple of minutes she wood see me and she did and I was very grateful i have been a member for over 60 years thank her

Great service

No queue, Rachel was friendly and polite, understood my disability and explained things clearly, giving me the options available. All in all, a very pleasant experience and all my banking needs fulfilled.
