I had Matthew deal with our renewal, and nothing was too much trouble. He had almost pre-empted some of my questions and so gave confidence that he was up to date with latest legislations and risks. He wasn't a pushy salesman, and I felt comfortable that we will receive quotes only for the cover I feel we need. It has been daunting in the past to deal with insurance renewals, however Matthew made it simple and straightforward. I would absolutely recommend dealing with Matthew for a no-nonsense, fuss free, professional service.

Jacqui Adamson has been very helpful and patient with my enquiry, she explained things very clearly and thoroughly and always kept me informed about the progress of my enquiry and displayed professionalism at all times. This has made my experience pleasant for the first time, without having to go round and round in circles as I have had to in the past with other companies, she spoke very clearly and effectively.
