With great expectations!

My delivery has just arrived so far I have not been able to try it. But I am looking forward to seeing the results I have given my niece a jar. I will certainly give my verdict once I experience any improvement in certain areas especially my neck and arms So looking forward to being able to wear sleeveless and low necked tops I can buy with great expectations

Lossy shipment choices

Did not receive as promised. I charge it to UNIUNI. I do not like this new delivery system. I think it is always coming from out of country. I guest some of the stuff they does come from the US, but overseas is impossible to do tracking, or that is what I am seeing so far.

I am 10 days into using your product as instructed. You have also told me to keep it up for 3 weeks before you expect to see much of an improvement. I will do exactly that. By the end of 3 weeks I hope to be giving you 5 stars! Thank you.

My delivery took a bit longer than I…

My delivery took a bit longer than I expected but they handled it. Goes on creamy , feels great. At 73 I don’t expect my loose skin and wrinkles to vanish,but any improvement is appreciated . I will let you know how it goes.

Don’t bother. …

Total waste of money I don’t recommend this product. They claim to offer a refund but when you ask for it because their product doesn’t work they reckon 2 months into using it is too long to get a refund.

You’ve responded quickly when I wrote that the survey was not working. The next day I checked and I could could access it just fine’ I’ve also appreciated the notification that my order was going to be processed. I am looking forward to using this product because at 83 years old I have just begun to see wrinkles and fine lines .

I have ordered the dark spot correcter…

I have ordered the dark spot correcter and the age defying lift and firm cream. Neither has done what it says it will. I still have my spots and the lift and firm cream is emphasizing my fine lines. Very disappointed. Is Dr. J. for real. The first ingredients listed are water. What a joke.

EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCTS

needed to contact due to an address error. erika was just wonderful. prompt reply and quickly fixed my issue. the service was exceptional.
also, the products are great. seeing results with my skin issues. highly recommend the products. i especially love the facial cleanser. my skin feels wonderful after using it. i also use the crepe cream and am seeing results. this is more slowly then the facial cream and the eye serum but it is happening. will continue to use the products as i do feel they are working for me.

Creases above my lip have definitely…

Creases above my lip have definitely lessened.
I do not see much of an improvement in the
wrinkles on my chin.My cheeks are naturally
wrinkle free.

Best cream ever

Great delivery!
Typically in Colorado there's a lot of dryness in the summer. In my opinion, I have not had dryness for a long time about mom one month and this is in the summer, which is typically dry in Colorado.
