I use the product faithfully twice a…

I use the product faithfully twice a day for about a month and was seeing improvement. My skin was definitely smoother on my arms. However, then I had surgery and was in the hospital for five days then rehab and was not able to use the product. I noticed that my skin rapidly went back to the way it was or even worse. I hadn't realized that reels would only be temporary. I would be interested to know if that's the way the product is present presented.
