Sales vs. Returns

It's easy for companies to treat you well during a sales transaction, yet how they treat you if a return is necessary is even more telling. Miami MD will continue to get my business due to that exact experience. Another company who denied my return of unused & even unopened products will not.

I paid for a 90 day supply that never…

I paid for a 90 day supply that never came. This was a few years ago. I contacted the company and reported the issue. They were so rude that I decided against buying their product and requested my money back. After several calls , I asked to speak to a supervisor. That, also went nowhere. It's a rip off & I never got my money back. They don't honor anything. I reported this to the BBB and filed a complaint. I NEVER got my money back. I strongly recommend that you order from a reputable company instead.

When my product did not come as…

When my product did not come as expected I notified the company. Within hours & investigation it was determined my product was lost in transit. They will let me know when a replacement shipping will be in transit. I appreciate the quick response to correct this error. Can’t wait to get it!

Miami MD products.

I love the products. There was a problem getting my products. I was in communication with the company. They did help by trying to figure out why I wasn't receiving my order. They finally prioritized an order and and I received the order. They were very nice about checking on everything. I did finally get my order with all of their help.

I am now in the process of trying the dark spot remover and the face lotion. I will let you know how it works. I will say the customer service is on point. Talking to a human and getting things resolved quickly is a plus! Email response time is fast. That's what I know so far! Stay tuned...

I used this product for crepey skin

I used this product for crepey skin. I used it everyday for 30 days and did not see any difference in my skin. The crepey skin did not get better.

I see no results

I see no results. The only thing I noticed was that my skin has been getting very dry. That is not the effect I wanted. My skin has felt better with the other creams I have used.

I called to cancel the subscription…


I called to cancel the subscription Luis convinced me to postpone,out 6 months. I agreed. Next day I get an email stating they will ship the product. I called in to make sure the product has been cancel since we agreed I would not get more product until 6 months from now. You stated it has been shipped already so you can’t cancel it. The email stated it would be sent in 3-5 days from letter. The guy on the phone said it’s been sent. He said, Tuff luck.. I think That’s a very deceiving method of business!!! I should not be receiving more product for 6 months as agreed at the time nor should I have to pay for it to be returned!!!!!
As the first order they keep saying I received the product 8 days prior to receiving the order. It makes the 60 day trial 52 days. Cheap stunts. Beware of this company’s practice. As far as the product as of now I see no change in my crepe skin.
