Even more disappointed with MiamiMD products. No visible change
Even more disappointed with the Dark Spot Corrector along with the Age Defying Lift and Firm for over 3 months, every day and night, 2 times a day. I also added the Tallow that was supposed to lesson the lines above my lips - same thing, no visible results. I see no change in minimizing spots or reducing lines. There is no visible change. The response from the company after 1 month use was that I needed to continue on. This is devastating. I started using this at the end of January so that I would have some results by the end of April just before a major birthday celebration. NO VISIBLE RESULTS. I counted on the promises made by MiamiMD.Now it's too late and I should have tried another regimen. I have been told by my facialist that Roche is the way to go.
I see the MiamiMD reply and will check with them but it is too late to keep trying something by my special event at the beginning of May. It would have to work within a week.

Allergic reaction to product-great service response
I had an issue with an allergic reaction to one of the products. Customer service was beyond expectations. I received a full refund without needing to return item. This was amazing since requests from recent purchases from other business either went unanswered or denied for unacceptable reasons. For example: 30-90 days guarantee denied if product was used..what good is that!
