I am very sorry we do not send returns labels with orders as standard. We are a small family business and our returns are very minimal so we do not have a returns label service. We are however happy to receive returns and solve any problems that are brought directly to our attention, and of course we can pay for return postage where the fault is ours. The best way to contact us is through the contact form on our website, or via the other contact details provided on the invoice. Quick Delivery Poor quality product.
I was impressed by the quickness of the delivery, but the quality of the product was so poor, I could not wear it :0(.

Sorry it is a few months later but we didn't realise you had a problem, is there anything we can do now to improve your experience from a 2 to a 5? We usually inspect carefully before packaging, was the product faulty in some way?

Bendy Headbands are the best and you have the best price.
