Purchased front and rear brake pads for…

Purchased front and rear brake pads for my car, which I received fairly quickly however, they did not include the shims which are integral whe changing the brake pads, the shims were always included when I purchased brake pads anywhere else

Loooooong delivery time

Well when placed an order it shown item in stock, however after paying for it got an email with estimated dispatch time full month later! It’s unacceptable. Got my item delivered earlier that a month, but still it took like 3 weeks. Another thing there is no option to collect from warehouse, which is literally few minutes walk away from my house. These two things need to be addressed, especially availability issue. Other than that everything is straight forward.

The item I ordered arrived with missing parts

The item I ordered arrived with a missing part and fitting tool. Contacted by email, got a response asking for pics. Sent several of packaging, item label showing missing items etc. That was May 29th. Reply said they'd investigate and get back to me. It is 18th of June and I have had nothing since. 3 weeks tomorrow. Very poor service. Edit to say I left this review in response to email asking for a review
