Please DO NOT use this company and RBS ROOFING BUILDING LIMITED, they work together and they are scammers, over charged us for a leaking roof and till now roof still leaking after pretending to have bought lots of materials to fix the roof, kept chasing them up but never came back.

This company pressured or rather, harassed my elderly and vulnerable mother into agreeing to an expensive roof repair. Looking back, it's clear the work was likely unnecessary or at least not as urgent as they claimed.
Before any work began, it was clearly explained that she was on a fixed income and unlikely to afford such a costly repair. Despite this, she was still pushed into making a decision, with scare tactics like “the roof is on its last legs” and warnings of further serious damage if she didn’t act immediately.
After the so-called “repairs,” we had the work inspected. The result was shocking, visible holes, exposed membrane, and generally substandard workmanship, completely unacceptable considering the cost.
Worse still, there was never a clear final price. The total amount kept changing, increasing or decreasing depending on the day or even time of day, which felt deliberately confusing and manipulative.
My mother put her trust, and a significant amount of money, into this company. They have left her extremely out of pocket and deeply upset.
They took advantage of someone vulnerable, and showed no accountability for their poor workmanship.
PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
As per previous review, avoid this company. Massively overstated the extent of the problem with our roof and pressurised us into paying up front for work which I came to realise wasn't necessary. Reported to trading standards.
Avoid this company. They bullied us to do a very expensive work to repair the roof which we found out that it was probably unnecessary. They left the roof vents blocked and broke a gutter. They never came back to fix despite trying to contact them many times.
