Micro Dream fixed my laptop after I spilled water in the keyboard and two buttons stopped functioning. They were great and fixed it perfectly. The turnaround was surprisingly fast as it was just before Christmas. Absolutely recommend!

I definitely resent the fact that I couldn't complete the purchase without agreeing, at point of sale, to a trial period regarding Microsoft. That is not on. That is going to make me think twice before purchasing from Microdreams in the future.

After ordering my laptop I unfortunately needed to cancel. I can only say that the way Microdream handled it from there was absolutely perfect. I submitted a ticket while the laptop was on the way to me and Microdream advised me to refuse delivery should it arrive. As it turned out, they also informed DPD at the same time and with little time to spare, DPD returned the parcel to their local depot and on to Microdream. I received an email from them very quickly advising that my refund had been processed, it showed on my credit card account within 2 days. I will have absolutely no hesitation in ordering from Microdream in the future with confidence. We'll done guys!

My laptop arrived sooner than I expected and I am very satisfied with it - same as last time I used Micro Dream. So a good consistent performance. Also their helpdesk was on hand for rapid-response queries on WhatsApp to help with the delivery process. Very impressed.

Laptop arrived on time and very well packaged. Condition was "as new" Easy and fast to work through set up. No hesitation in recommending Microdream to anyone.

Excellent description. Just what I wanted. Bought my previous Microdream ThinkPad April 2017 which has done great service and still going strong - but I had to upgrade to a newer model because of the Microsoft move from Windows 10 to Windows 11. All now safely installed and updated. Thank you

My refurbished Dell Latitude 5490 was upgraded as per my request. Setting up W11 was easy. Overall I am very pleased so far as the new laptop is a big improvement on my previous old one. The only negative aspect was the courier company - they would not leave item in a designated safe place nor with a neighbour so the first delivery attempt failed; 2nd attempt : I arranged to be at home but delivery driver did not arrive and marked the delivery as "failed" and then sent me a picture of a hedge; but the third attempt worked !

The attitude you get on email is disgusting.

Supplied me a laptop and 4 days later the power lead stopped working. Their suggestion is that I change the fuse in the plug. No apology that I have experienced a fault with a product they supplied within 4 days of delivery just an email asking me to carry out a repair myself.

I query this with them explaining it is their responsibility to repair or replace the goods.

The next email (still no apology I have a fault) is to spout mumbo jumbo from the Consumer Rights Act.

Why isn’t the initial reaction to help the customer but to start copying and pasting rhetoric from consumer law.

I wanted the power lead repairing, not a lecture and a day out in court. I will just have a full refund instead and use a different company to supply me.

Great product and great service would recommend to everyone

Micro Dream are always a reliable retailer for our school's uses. The refurbished laptops are in an excellent quality and we've never had a problem.
