when I approached your selves you were not very sympathetic you were more towards I ordered the wrong one with no answer at first to why it did not be compatible until I said I'm not sending it back due to my error, then a response so with that I will not be using yourselves again (Not Happy)

We supplied exactly the WWAN module advertised and exactly what you ordered. The problem was not with the item — the issue was that the part you selected is not compatible with your laptop model.
Choosing the correct upgrade part is the customer’s responsibility unless you contact us before ordering with your laptop model so we can confirm compatibility. In this case, the wrong part was ordered, and that error is not caused by us.
We understand it’s frustrating, but it is not fair to place blame on the seller for a mistake in the item selection. We always follow our returns policy and are happy to help when the correct information is provided.

Terrible customer service
I ordered a keyboard for a laptop supposedly on next day delivery (I missed the 1pm cut off so no worries) so I expected it 2 days later, it hadn't arrived so I tried to look at the tracking. It said it was delivered but 100% did not get delivered, we have cctv in our reception in a small office building on it's own.
I contact Micro Dream and they said to check everywhere, with neighbours, check where the postie usually leaves it etc. I did all of that and no joy.
They repeated the same thing to me twice more after telling them it has definitely not been delivered. It seemed like they didn't believe me when I told them I had done so.
I then tried calling Royal Mail and eventually got told it was delivered to a premesis 0.8 miles aways, great, can you tell me where please? no they said, we'll have to raise it with your local office and they will be in touch within 3 days and they will look to get it resolved in 10 days.
This was not acceptable to me so I went back to Micro Dream and they just said it's not considered lost until after 15 days and in their T's&C's that I'll have to fill in a non delivery form in case this is a fraudulent claim..for a £20 keyboard.
I was always taught in business it's not IF something goes wrong (because it will at some point) it's how you deal with it that matters. Terrible customer service, terrible attitude.
I sourced the part from another supplier in the end.
I wouldn't bother with these people, the aftersales is terrible.

In cases where Royal Mail mark a parcel as delivered, we are required to follow their formal investigation process before we can replace or refund an item. This includes:
Asking you to check with neighbours / usual delivery points
Waiting for Royal Mail to complete their internal checks and confirm the outcome
Asking you to complete a non-delivery declaration form – this is a standard anti-fraud requirement used by many retailers, not an accusation against you personally, even for lower-value items.
Royal Mail did not initially class the parcel as lost, which is why we explained that we had to wait until the required timeframe had passed before we could proceed further. We understand this is inconvenient, but we cannot simply override their process.
I’m sorry that our explanations came across as unhelpful or disbelieving – that was not our intention. We do try to balance good customer service with the procedures we are legally and contractually required to follow with couriers.
If you would like us to review this case again, please contact us with your order number and we’ll be happy to re-check the Royal Mail investigation and see if there’s anything further we can do now.

Clear easy to use website. Ordering prices simple. I was delighted with the laptop I was able to purchase for a very attractive price. The delivery was also excellent with a one hour time window and arrived in really good packaging. I only bought a simple spec laptop which is all I need for my purposes, but it was easy to set up and has worked very well since. The laptop was spotless and I am delighted with it. In summary, excellent company, price, product and service, highly recommended

I certainly won't be buying refurbished…
I certainly won't be buying refurbished again. The terms and conditions pretty much cover anything and everything.
Its bias is towards the company and not the consumer.
All I want is some acceptance regarding buying a laptop that wasn't fit for purpose and the battery dying within 4 months of purchase.
Im now looking to seek a full refund via the small claims court.
