I’ve never used the company before but so far all good, item as described
Delivery good and on time. Very pleased with the service I have received so far.

Do not use will send out old laptops etc which will only less then 6 months and then claim that the part no matter what part is not covered by warranty which surprise surprise. They will rip you off and refuse any refund for an item which is unfit for purpose.

Great service; rapid delivery within the timeframe, and the laptop was reasonably priced(considering the current computing market). Bought as a birthday present for my son. It meets all the current requirements my son needs for doing his schoolwork and for the computer games he's interested in at the moment. He's very pleased with it and was using it straight away. This is not the first time I have shopped at Micro Dream - they are very reliable, very robust devices - and my family are still using devices that we have purchased from them in the past.

They do what they say. Product as described, delivered when they say. Product quality is excellent.

The item was delivered on time and it was undamaged. The laptop was in very good condition. The startup worked as directed. I have successfully installed Ubuntu on this machine today.

The Lenovo 390x I bought for myself was so good I bought this second one for my wife. Using them basically as juke boxes plus with a couple of edifier powered shelf speakers thro' a dac. Proving more than adequate entertainment centres for the average sized room and more flexible (and cheaper) than dedicated hi fi!

Great product price and service

Disappointing. Although delivery was relatively quick and the product worked initially, within 4 weeks the light went from behind the screen.
The laptop was bought for my dyslexic son as we had been advised he would manage better at school. Transported and kept in an armoured laptop case ( because it was for school) he was delighted to have his own laptop.

Contacted the company to see if they could repair under the warranty. A large list of exclusions came back and a request for about 10 photographs. All done surprise surprise it doesn’t meet the the criteria and they claimed the laptop had new damage . It hadn’t been damaged while we had it.
Customer service emailed a photograph of a thinkpad saying it was ours and wasn’t damaged before.
To be fair this could be any laptop they have going through their workshop.

Needless to say, my tech team at work have sorted the laptop in under an hour and didn’t charge £50 an hour and transport costs for a £150 reconditioned pad. I guess you get the product and the service you pay for.
