Got my order of Thinkpad T420 laptop lid to Sweden on time and as expected.

This was my third purchase from Microdream.
Despite needing to return the computer, for no fault with the company, everything went far better than experience of other mail order companies lead me to expect. very good service. For completeness, the problems solely related to the way Dell made and configured the computer.

Very helpful.Professional. When I had problem, they sorted it quickly and efficiently. The item arrived on time. 10/10.

Grat laptop, ideal for a level student

I haven't had laptop more than a few weeks, but it all seems to be in perfect working order. Much much better value than buying a brand new one.

Needed a cheap PC for light duties in the office at home. (only so far you can go with an android smartphone!) And after searching all the big shall-remain-unnamed websites i eventually landed on MicroDream.
The prices are so unbelievably too good to be true, i was suspicious at first (probably just getting old), but it turns out MicroDream are one of the last of the 'proper' old school computer shops offering great services without requiring a 2nd mortgage. The team were responsive to any queries and very helpful, taking a lot more care than you'd get from the bigger companies or stores.
Once the PC got here it was all set up and ready to go, with 90 days of Eset antivirus included, just incase your kid decides to download more ram.

MicroDream is my new favourite place when im looking for computers, compared to the competition they are the clear choice when it comes to affordable high-quality IT. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Ordered a refurbished laptop, when it arrived, it was immaculate,like brand new, also a new monitor. Both arrived the next day, also got a free upgrade on the monitor. Purchased Microsoft Office, the next day the authentication code arrived and everything is working perfectly. Have used this company before, so had huge trust with them, about what to expect. Even exceeded my expectations. Would definitely use them again. Perfect if you can't afford to buy brand new laptops, they are just as good refurbished, all fully tested and passed.Thank you Micro Dream for helping me upgrade, from my old Windows 10 to a Windows 11 Pro one.

Quick delivery works as expected

Refurb Laptop arrived well packaged and protected. Matches description of being in excellent condition. Looks great. Performance is as expected.
On the other hand I felt I was not updated enough about delivery of laptop, and in fact it arrived with absolutely no notice. Luckily someone was in to take delivery.
