it took three week for it to come what I had ordered and that we only because I phoned on the second week to ask where it was and it hadn’t been sent and when you did send it it was not what I ordered so you tell me how can you make that better apart from checking and doublechecking what people have ordered expression seems you have took the money off then you should be making sure you have sent the item out instead of counting the money

Excellent price and first class service. Item was damaged in post, Midshires replaced it immediately by next day delivery no quibles. Very understanding staff, polite and efficient.

I found their website to be totally useless! invest and have a good website you are loosing money! Purchased 17 x lights they said were in stock but didn't have in stock and then could not even source from the supplier, no catalogue, slow staff made me wait 20minutes to say they did not have any or low stock on required lights! I have tried out a few times really slow, waste of time! Staff not knowledgeable on products also took over 7 working days to refund me on a cancelled order.

Ordered 3 wall lights, promptly delivered and the price is cheaper than amazon, very happy.

We were sent the wrong shade but it fitted so we thought oh well... the company however picked up on the mistake and offered to put it right. We liked that, very much. So, yes, highly recommended and we would use them again.
