Great service from Midshires

Great service from Midshires, first item was damaged but they were exceptional in reordering and sending out a replacement, will definitely use this company again.

Part was OK but delivery very slow.

The part was correct but the slow delivery of an important part was a disappointment, the web site indicated "next day dispatch" but my part was not sent for two weeks despite paying for DPD Expresspak delivery. It defeats the object of an "online order" if you have to ring top check availability. I will be more careful next time to check delivery before parting with money.

DFM Building LTD

Midshires electrical were easy to deal with and gave a great service and product. The delivery company how ever was a let down as they turned up a day late which isn’t good when trying to finish a job for a customer.

Poor Delivery Service

Regrettably the delivery service was very poor -- not necessarily Midshires fault but the courier (Fedex) used by Poole lighting , the product supplier, took over a week to deliver the goods. This held up a contract considerably.
Being the third party Midshires had problems in chasing the progress of the delivery .

Great service. Good product.

When I phoned to order my light fitting I asked several questions which were answered well. This factor gave me confidence to purchase the chandelier. It was delivered within a few days and was well packed.
It now takes pride of place in my kitchen diner.
