I recently wrote a 1-star review about Midwest Grow Kits. As soon as the negative review was posted, Midwest made it right. That review was the first they knew about my dissatisfaction. They quickly got me what I needed, rectified the entire situation and I regret being overly hasty in my review. They are tops in my book. Had problems with 5 grain bag's in January, packages were arriving really late it was really cold out I think it had something to do with destroying the bags older they were contaminated but they sent me fresh new ones for free so they have great customer service and if you have a problem they will take care of you, new bags arrived a few days ago inoculated one it's already showing signs of colonation

First time grower and everything is going right on track! Quick delivery, clear directions, etc. Would highly recommend!

I have not yet seen the process through to completion. Presently, I’m still waiting for my jars to complete colonization. Without going into my specific issues here, I’d give you a 4-star rating just because I’m not done yet, but I bumped that up to a 5-star rating based on your responsiveness to date.
